Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Says We Must Identify
All Knauf Tianjin Chinese Drywall Used in New-2005-2006
Florida/Gulf States Homes-Now
Washington, DC (Vocus) August 15, 2010
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is urging neighbors
to talk with their neighbors in Florida, Louisiana,
Alabama, Mississippi, or Southeast Texas subdivisions,
or condominiums, if they suspect their 2005 to 2006 home
might have toxic Chinese drywall. The group is saying,
"if you live in a 2005-2006 new, or remodeled home/condo
in Florida, Southeast Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, or
Louisiana-if you have had failed AC coils, if you've had
electrical problems-all combined with you are
sick---call us so we can see if you might have Knauf
Tianjin Chinese drywall." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "because after seeing intermixing toxic
Chinese drywall, with US made drywall on a huge scale,
we now believe just with Knauf Tianjin Chinese Drywall
alone-we are talking over 150,000 homes- just in
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and the metro
areas of Houston & Austin, Texas." To date under 5000
homeowners in US Southeast, with Knauf Tianjin Chinese
drywall have been identified. The Group says, "our
biggest problem is getting neighbors to talk to each
other in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, or
Southeast Texas subdivisions or condominiums. In one
instance last week-we identified Knauf in a
subdivision-but the owner did not want us to tell his
neighbors-out of fear we'd cause a ruckus?" They say,
"at least in the US Southeast, toxic Chinese drywall
homes either need to be gutted, or bulldozed-it is a
super big deal if we might have a manufacturer that may
be willing to pay for this. It looks like Knauf Tianjin
might be the only one." For more information please
contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center anytime at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "this entire
Chinese drywall disaster is such an insult. While the
manufacturer of Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall may settle
with the 10,000's of completely innocent homeowners-the
other Chinese drywall companies/Chinese government has
this US homeowner disaster- they created- on ignore."
The group says, "based on the fact that the Chinese
don't seem to mind sending the US a non-stop river of
toxic, or poorly made garbage-to include toxic drywall,
why are we still doing business with them? With friends
like China-who needs an enemy."
Symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall in homes in the metro
areas of Houston, Austin, Texas, Louisiana, Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi include: repeated air conditioning
coil failures, within two years of the home being built.
In addition to air conditioning coil failures, toxic
Chinese drywall in the US Southeast may cause appliance
failures, light bulbs burning out prematurely, copper
turning black, combined with all, or some of the family
are experiencing seemingly never ending upper
respiratory issues, nose bleeds, severe headaches,
unexplained very unusual rashes, especially in the late
spring, or summer. The time frame for Knauf tianjin
toxic Chinese drywall in the US Southeast is
2005-2006-or perhaps the first half of 2007. The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center is saying, “We think the worst
effects of toxic Chinese drywall in the US Southeast
occur in from mid April—mid October because of high heat
combined with very high thresholds of humidity-the Knauf
Tianjin Chinese drywall to us is critical--because we
need to get these homeowners identified now.” For more
information please contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "at this
moment Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall appears to be
the only game in town, for homeowners wishing to get
their homes rebuilt. While some law firms are moving
on-we are going to amplify our efforts to get more Knauf
Tianjin Chinese drywall homeowners identified in
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Southeast
Texas." Further, the group is saying, "we are not
walking away from all other US homeowners stuck in toxic
Chinese drywall homes, with other than Knauf Tianjin
toxic drywall. As an example, we are in the initial
stages of starting a campaign in behalf of all US
homeowners stuck with Chinese government owned Taishan
Chinese drywall, and all other toxic Chinese drywall
makers." They say, "we consider the imported toxic
Chinese drywall disaster to be an attack on innocent US
families-by a very greedy and corrupt China-which puts
short term profiits ahead of the interests of their best
paying customer-the US. We also intend to make sure
every complicit US homebuilder, and building supply
house pays the maximum price-for concealing the facts
about toxic Chinese drywall."

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Says We Must Identify All Knauf
Chinese Toxic Drywall From Florida-Texas & Begins New
Initiatives Against Chinese Drywall Makers/Builders
Washington, DC (Vocus) August 2, 2010
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center in the strongest
terms possible urging all homeowners in Florida,
Alabama, Louisiana, Virginia, Mississippi, and Southeast
Texas whose homes contain a specific type of imported
Chinese drywall called Knauf Tianjin to get identified
now-before its too late. The group is saying, "our fear
is that only about 1 in 20 homeowners who have a
specific type of Chinese drywall called Knauf Tianjin
have been identified, by the federal court in New
Orleans. Knauf Tianjin may be the only Chinese drywall
defendant that actually settles with US homeowners." The
group says," if we have to go do to door in Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, or Louisiana
subdivisions built in 2005-2006 we will-if it helps
neighbors determine if they have Knauf Tianjin
drywall-its that important." The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center says,"if you live in a 2005-2006 new,
or remodeled home in Florida, Southeast Texas,
Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, or Virginia-you have
had numerous AC coil failures, you, or your children are
having severe allergy type symptoms, or nose bleeds-you
probably have toxic Chinese drywall in your home."
Homeowners who fear they might have imported toxic
Chinese drywall in their 2005-2006 new, or remodeled
home should call the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
immediately at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via
its web site at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "some
major homebuilders have lied to homeowners about even
having toxic Chinese drywall, in their
subdivisions-using their quote unquote environmental
experts. We then go to one of the homes attic---and it
says it right on the drywall-Made In China, or Knauf
Tianjin." They say, "it has already been established
that a major home building supply group, a major toxic
Chinese drywall maker & a major US homebuilder colluded
to conceal the fact their drywall was toxic, and failed
to reveal this fact to 1000's of completely innocent US
homeowners in Florida (2005-2006)-where in the hell is
the US Justice Department? We also think many more
National or US Southeast homebuilders are involved in
this criminal conspiracy." The group says, " in places
like Houston, or Austin, Texas we have found large
subdivisions with Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall, yet
unlike Florida-most Southeast Texas homeowners have no
clue about toxic Chinese drywall, or the urgency in
getting it identified-now." They also say, "aside from
all of Florida, we are also super worried about
homeowners in subdivisions in Alabama, the North Shore
of New Orleans, and or Baton Rouge." If a homeowner has
discovered a specific type of Chinese drywall in their
home called Knauf Tianjin-the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center will come to your subdivision to check as many
homes as possible-to see who else has it. The time
frames for Knauf Tianjin are 2005-2006-at least for now.

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is announcing new
Chinese drywall initiatives starting today. They Say:
-
"Why is the Chinese government owned Taishan
Gypsum Co. Ltd ignoring US litigation, and
completely innocent US homeowners? Their drywall was
toxic, its in US Southeast homes, completely
innocent US homeowners, and families are at risk
because of this very toxic Chinese made building
product."
-
"Why has the US Consumer Products Safety
Commission failed to recall one sheet of toxic
Chinese drywall? Is the Obama Administration afraid
of offending the Chinese? If so-why? Why has
President Obama failed to mention the US toxic
Chinese drywall disaster one time since taking
office in public?"
-
"Major US homebuilders in Florida, acting as
mortgage lenders have sold these toxic Chinese
drywall home mortgages to an ignorant Wall Street,
in the form of mortgage backed securities. Once
again-where is the Obama Administration's US Justice
Department?"
-
"Why has the worthless US Centers for Disease
Control failed to provide health care professionals
in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi,
Virginia, & Southeast Texas with heath care
treatment protocols for adults & innocent children
living in a toxic Chinese drywall home? Antibiotics
do not work very good for toxic chemical exposures."
-
"Why, or how are US banks reselling & providing
new mortgages on foreclosed homes in Florida,
Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Southeast Texas
known to have toxic Chinese drywall? Toxic mortgages
puts at risk the entire US pension system. Where is
the US Justice Department?"
-
"We now think US homebuilders intentionally
intermixed US drywall products, with toxic Chinese
drywall products in the US Southeast-thinking that
by deluding the toxic Chinese drywall, with American
made drywall-the toxic effects would be mitigated."
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,
"unfortunately the big US homebuilders failed to
recognize how toxic the Chinese drywall really was.
We now believe a very small amount of toxic Chinese
drywall is enough to destroy an entire home in the
US Southeast, and make the homeowner & their
families very sick."
If a homeowner in the US Southeast is concerned about
the possibility of toxic Chinese drywall in their new,
or remodeled home, they should contact the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or

innocent US consumers, the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center is saying, "why hasn't President Obama mentioned
the Chinese Drywall disaster one time? Why hasn't
President Obama's US Consumer Products Safety Commission
recalled one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall? Where is
the US EPA, or the Centers for Disease Control?" The
group says, "with the revelation of the Knauf, Banner,
WCI cover-up-where is the US Justice Department? We are
110% certain there are more involved than just these
three. Try dozens & dozens more. What happened to
Change? The Obama Administration can't blame this on
President Bush-this is now your disaster, and your
miserable failure to care, and or to lead."

built in 2005-2006, in the States of Florida, Louisiana,
Southeast Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, or Virginia, and
you have suffered numerous air conditioning coil
failures, or the coils have turned black, the Chinese

Tianjin drywall homeowners as possible, in subdivisions,

Tianjin Chinese drywall in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama,
Southeast Texas, and Mississippi, homes have been
identified to the Federal Court in New Orleans, the

increasing its Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall initiative.
The group is saying, "we are narrowly focused on homes,
phases of subdivisions, or subdivisions built, or
remodeled, between 2005 & 2006, in these Southeast US
States. Because of intermixing domestic made drywall,
with what could be a small amount to a specific type of
toxic Chinese drywall called Knauf Tianjin-we think the
number of homes in these states could be in the hundreds
of thousands." They say, "for at least right now, Knauf
Tianjin appears to be the only toxic Chinese drywall

Louisiana MDL Case #2047).
Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center Demands Federal
Investigation Of Florida Homebuilders
Colluding To Conceal Toxic Chinese Drywall
In 2005-2006
According
the Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center, "we always knew that at
some point in time it would be revealed,
that major US homebuilders had colluded, and
conspired with building supply firms, and
manufacturers of toxic Chinese drywall to
conceal the obvious from completely innocent
US homeowners." They say, "we also always
knew, there was no way possible homeowners
in Florida, or other US Southeast states
could be sick, they could be on their
second, or third AC coil; and every
executive in the Florida homebuilding, AC,
mortgage banking, and insurance industries
had amnesia about the realities of toxic
Chinese drywall? Toxic Chinese drywall, US
homebuilders, and their pals in the US
Southeast-was always a house of cards." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is now
saying,"with the revelation that a major
Florida homebuilding supply chain, along
with a major manufacturer of toxic Chinese
drywall, coupled with major US homebuilders
all knew about the toxic Chinese drywall
issue as far back as 2005, and failed to
disclose this critical fact to 10,000's of
completely innocent US homeowners, we are
demanding the US Justice Department launch a
major national criminal investigation into
the issue-NOW." The group also says, "now
would also be a really good time for
President Obama to address this gigantic
toxic Chinese drywall housing disaster in
public-for the first time ever. The Obama
Administration has known about the toxic
Chinese drywall disaster since at least
March of 2009, yet President Obama has
failed to mention the topic in public one
time since that time?"
The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center is also saying, "as
long as we are at it, we are also demanding
the Obama Administration bring in the IRS.
Most of the workers who installed the toxic
Chinese drywall in Florida, and other US
States were undocumented, the major
homebuilders knew it, and they created a
phoney 1099 tax fraud scheme to not have to
pay Federal taxes on these workers."
So who are
the other bad guys in this US housing
Chinese drywall disaster, aside from the
Chinese, and what would seem like an endless
river of toxic garbage being imported from
China? The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
says,"in addition to some US homebuilders
trying to save a buck, there is no way major
US air conditioning manufacturers did not
know something was horribly wrong as far
back as 2005. No one has ever seen thousands
of AC coils fail in a year-or less-but
that's what was happening in Florida in
2005-or before & they had to have known it
was the toxic Chinese drywall." The group
says, "further, the US insurance, or banking
sectors should not be allowed to weasel out
of this mess. Aside from failed AC coils
failures, microwaves failing, refrigerators
failing, Florida homeowners were sick, and
they were submitting claims to their
insurance companies-or they were just
walking away from their homes, and no one in
national mortgage banking, or the US
insurance industry knew something was wrong?
BS!"
The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center says, "as long as
President Obama is at it; he should explain
to the nation why the absolutely worthless
US Consumer Products Safety Commission has
failed to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese
drywall." They also say, "why has the even
more worthless US Centers for Disease
Control failed to provide health care
protocols for health care workers dealing
with thousands of citizens suffering from
toxic Chemical exposure issues in the US
Southeast? Mr. President-times up-do
something. These innocent homeowners, and
their children need help-NOW!"
Note from
the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center," US
Banks, or mortgage loan servicers are still
selling foreclosures in Florida, and other
states, that contain toxic Chinese drywall
with no disclosure-this needs to change
now." The group says,"in addition some
desperate homebuilders are quietly fixing
these houses, with a make it up as you go
along remediation protocol, and then taking
the toxic Chinese drywall to a city dump, or
county land fills. Why have a EPA?"

Why has the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
put such a huge emphasis on Knauf Tiamjin
imported toxic Chinese drywall? The group
says, "Knauf is the largest drywall
manufacturer in the world. We think Knauf
Tianjin drywall may be the only manufacturer
of toxic Chinese drywall to actually settle
with completely innocent US homeowners." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,
"our biggest worry about Knauf Tianjin toxic
Chinese drywall is less than 4000 US
Southeast homeowners have been identified by
the Federal Court in New Orleans. We fear we
only have about two months left to
identify-what we estimate to be at least
100,000 more US homeowners, with this
specific type of Chinese drywall-so time
really is of the essence." The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center is offering to work
with individual homeowners, or groups of
homeowners in subdivisions in, Florida,
Southeast Texas, Louisiana, Alabama,
Mississippi, or Virginia, to see what type
of drywall they have, at no cost to the
homeowner. The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says,"if we have to inspect 300,000
US Southeast homes to find 100,000 with
Knauf Tianjin drywall-we will do it. Its

amount of toxic Chinese drywall is enough to
completely mess up a home, and make the
homeowner, and their family sick.
Intermixing US made drywall, with the toxic
Chinese drywall means its in more homes that
state governments have estimated. For the

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
asking,"why has President Obama failed to
mention toxic Chinese drywall one time since
taking office in public? Why has the US
Consumer Products Safety Commission failed
to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese
drywall-afraid offending our worthless quote
en quote friends the Chinese? After more
than a year-why has the pathetic US Centers
for Disease Control failed to provide health
care professionals in the US Southeast with
treatment protocols for toxic Chinese
drywall chemical exposure." The group goes
onto say,"with the revelation of a Chinese
drywall maker, conspiring with Florida
homebuilders, and a major Florida based
building supply company to conceal the fact
that 1000's of Florida homeowners were
living in toxic Chinese drywall homes-where
in the Hell is the United States Department

Tianjin." The group says, "if you are on your second, or

(Vocus) June 21, 2010 -- The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
trying to create a real sense of urgency for all
homeowners in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi,
and Southeast Texas discover if they have toxic Chinese
drywall in their home, and more importantly, if its a
specific type of toxic Chinese drywall called Knauf
Tianjin. The time frames for toxic Chinese drywall in
the US probably go back as far as 2001, to early 2009.
However, Knauf Tianjun was probably only used from
sometime in 2004-2007. So what is the big deal about
Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall? According to the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center, "while Knauf Tianjin might
only be 10% of the total US toxic Chinese drywall
disaster in the US-we believe because it was intermixed
with US made drywall-in Florida alone there probably is
over 100,000 homes with this toxic building product."
The group says, "add in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi
and especially Southeast Texas & we think there could be
100,000's of homes in the US Southeast with Knauf
Tianjin Chinese drywall." They say, "bottom line in all
of this is we fear Knauf will be the only Chinese
drywall manufacturer to actually pay significant damages
for each completely innocent US homeowner stuck in the
worst environmental disaster for US homeowners in
history." For more information please contact the

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,"to date the Federal
Court in New Orleans has only identified less than 4000
homeowners with Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall. We fear
in Florida alone there are over 100,000 homes with
Chinese made Knauf Tianjin drywall." The group says,
"add in undiscovered toxic Chinese drywall homes in
Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and especially the
Houston & Austin metro areas of Southeast Texas-and we
could be talking 250,000+ homes with Knauf Tianjin." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,"if a homeowner
suspects they have Chinese drywall in their Florida
home, their Alabama home, their Louisiana home, their
Mississippi home, or the Southeast Texas Houston, or
Austin home-we will work with them to see if they have
toxic Chinese drywall, and we will do everything
possible to see if its Knauf Tianjin." But time is
running out to get identified. For more information

Symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall in homes in Houston, Austin,
Louisiana, North Florida, Central Florida, South
Florida, South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina,
Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, or Southeast
Texas include: repeated air conditioning coil failures,
within two years of the home being built. In addition to
air conditioning coil failures, toxic Chinese drywall in
the US Southeast may cause appliance failures, light
bulbs burning out prematurely, copper turning black,
combined with all, or some of the family are
experiencing seemingly never ending upper respiratory
issues, nose bleeds, severe headaches, unexplained very
unusual rashes, especially in the late spring, or
summer. The time frame for Knauf toxic Chinese drywall
in the US Southeast is 2005-2007. The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center is saying, “We think the worst effects
of toxic Chinese drywall in the US Southeast occur in
from mid April—mid October because of high heat combined
with high thresholds of humidity-the Knauf Chinese

homeowners identified now.” For more information please

Like most of the US, the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
extremely disappointed the Obama Administration has been
such a disconnected miserable failure with respect to
the BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill disaster. They say,
"we have had the White House phone number on our web
site since March of 2009 related to toxic Chinese
drywall & 100,000's of completely innocent US
Homeowners. President Obama has yet to comment on toxic
Chinese drywall one time since taking office?" The group
says further," the President's absolutely worthless US

one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall, and most importantly
the US Centers For Disease Control has yet to offer
health care professionals in the US Southeast with

drywall-these homeowners have Children!"

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Says Knauf Toxic Chinese Drywall
Is Not Just In Florida-Its In The Entire US
Southeast
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,"there is a very
popular misconception--that imported toxic
Chinese drywall called Knauf Tianjin is only
found in Florida. That is absolutely wrong.
We have discovered Knauf Chinese drywall in
large quantities in Southeast Texas,
Alabama, Mississippi & in Northern
Florida-all places where few people know
about toxic Chinese drywall." The group
says," we need to identify as many homes

(Vocus) June 14, 2010 -- The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
setting the record straight about the myth
that a specific type of toxic Chinese
drywall called Knauf Tianjin is only found
in Florida. The group says, "we have had no
problem finding a specific type of imported
toxic Chinese drywall called Knauf in homes
in Louisiana, Southeast Texas, Alabama,
Mississippi, and all over Florida-to include
Northern Florida, and homes in the Florida
Panhandle. The time frames for new, or
remodeled homes with toxic Knauf Chinese
drywall in these areas are at a minimum
2005-2007." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center is saying,"the reason for our big
push on finding as much Knauf Tianjin
Chinese drywall as possible, in Louisiana,
Alabama, Mississippi, Northern Florida, and
specifically the Houston & Austin Metro
areas of Texas is tragically simple-we think
out of all the bad drywall makers in
China-Knauf Tianjin will be the only Chinese

What should homeowners living in Houston, Austin, all of Florida,

homeowner in these states, or especially in
Houston & Austin-where toxic Chinese drywall
is largely unknown, in the hopes we can help
homeowners determine if they have toxic
Chinese drywall in their homes, or the homes
of their neighbors & we will do everything
possible to help them try to figure out if
the drywall is Knauf Tianjin."

The group ads,"for the homeowners stuck with toxic Chinese drywall,
we have been trying desperately to get
federal disaster assistance for
everyone-going so far to actually put the

homeowners stuck in a home with toxic
imported drywall from China.

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "toxic Chinese
drywall is by far the worst example of poor
quality, or dangerous products being
imported to the US by China. After turning
its back on sanctions against the lunatics
who run Iran, a reprehensible human rights
record, and a non-stop flood of toxic
products from China-we think its high time
we find a new trading partner-like India, or
Vietnam." The group says, "if every one
thinks the Banner Supply-Knauf wink-wink
deal was bad-we suggest the plaintiffs
attorneys subpoena the records of major
homebuilders in Florida & warranty claims on
air conditioning units, starting as far back
as 2003. It will be 5 times or more, than
ever before in history. Translation-no large
homebuilder will be able to pretend this
disaster was not a known problem-prior to
2008."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Expands
Its Knauf Chinese drywall Initiative To
Houston & Austin + Gives Updates
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is dramatically expanding its
Knauf toxic Chinese drywall investigation to
the metro areas of Houston & Austin, Texas.
The group is saying, "the specific time
frames we are looking for are homes built,
or remodeled between 2004 & 2008. In talking
to homeowners in the Houston metro; most
never could understand why they had gone
through numerous air conditioning coils, why
their electrical wires were black, and or
why family members were sick-it was Chinese
drywall." The group says, "the other areas
we are very worried about are Orlando-North
Florida & Alabama-with respect to homeowners
living in toxic homes-because the imported
Chinese drywall was poisonous. Most US
Southeast-Texas Homeowners have never heard
about toxic Chinese drywall--even though
there are tens of thousands effected by it."

Chinese Drywall Update
6-4-2010 AP-MIAMI -- A South Florida
construction supplier that purchased faulty
Chinese drywall made an agreement with the
manufacturer not to make any statements
regarding the plasterboard's possible smell
or health risks, according to court
documents released in a class action suit
Friday.The documents, unsealed Friday and
provided to The Associated Press by attorney
Victor Diaz, include a settlement agreement
between Banner Supply Co. and manufacturer
Knauf Plasterboard Tianjin Co. Banner agreed
to keep the terms of the agreement
confidential and not make any statements
"regarding any perceived or actual smell or
health risks" relating to the Knauf boards
to the press or any person or corporation.
Breaching the provision "could cause
irreparable harm to Knauf Tianjin."
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,
"the agreement was signed in 2006-it is now
2010. Why has President Obama's Justice
Department failed to initiate a criminal
probe of the Chinese drywall
disaster-100,000's of US citizens are stuck
in this mess? This all came to light on his
watch. For that matter-why has President

anyone is interested--simply Google-Bing, or
Yahoo President Obama Chinese Drywall-no one
group-or organization has tried harder to
get federal disaster relief for toxic
Chinese drywall homeowners-living in the
worst non-oil spill environmental disaster
in US history-than the Chinese Drywall

President Obama suddenly gets warmed up to
Chinese drywall & the hopeless situation
faced by 100,000's of US Southeast
homeowners- bring in the IRS as well-most
homebuilders forgot to pay taxes on the
undocumented workers, who installed to
Chinese drywall-perhaps FOX TV could also
send Shepard Smith to Florida for a few
days-he's a product of the South & he'd
understand the eye popping federal failure
to lead on this major US disaster."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is urging all Florida
homeowners living in subdivisions that are

in getting the imported Knauf Chinese
drywall product identified now, even though
we found the Knauf Chinese drywall in their

(Vocus) May 7, 2010 -- The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
saying, "most homeowners in Florida,
Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi who live in
homes or subdivisions with toxic Chinese
drywall have heard about it, but have this
very serious issue on ignore. This needs to
change if they want to get help fixing their
home--especially if it's a specific type of

homeowners with Knauf Chinese drywall, but
our biggest fear is we have only identified
1 in 40 homeowners with this type of drywall
in Florida; in states like Louisiana or
Alabama, it could be 1 out of 60." The group

What are the signs, symptoms, or indicators of toxic Chinese
Drywall? The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says,"in Florida, the US Southeast,
Virginia, or other states known to have
toxic Chinese drywall, the four biggest
symptoms/indicators of toxic Chinese drywall
we hear are, air conditioning coil failures,
failed electrical appliances/flickering
lights, black copper, combined with health
side effects that include non stop upper
respiratory problems, to severe headaches,
to nose bleeds, to all sorts of strange
rashes." But what about that sulphur smell?
The group says, "some homes have the sulphur
smell, some do not. We do not think that the
smell of sulphur is necessarily the best
indicator for toxic Chinese drywall. We
think a far better indicator for homes, at
least in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama,
Georgia, Southeast Texas, Mississippi,
Virginia, or other humid, warm states are
air conditioning coil failures, electrical
problems, combined with all, or some of the
homeowner's family are sick." For more

Corrections To The Absolutely Worthless US Consumer Products
Commissions Web Site Suggestions From The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
The USCPSC recommends four steps if a homeowner believes he or she
has a problem with drywall:
1. The most important issue is your health and safety. If you are
suffering from the health symptoms described
as common to the reports of exposure to
problem drywall, please consult your
physician as soon as possible. If you
experience any of the electrical or fire
safety concerns described as common to the
reports of exposure to problem drywall,
please consult your local gas or electric
supplier and a licensed electrician or
building inspector as soon as possible.
Correction:The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "this is
idiotic. If you go to your doctor, the also
absolutely worthless US Centers for Disease
Control (CDC) has yet to provide health care
professionals with treatment protocols for
families exposed to toxic Chinese drywall in
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi,
Virginia, and other states that should have
been included like Georgia, the Carolinas &
Southeast Texas."
2. You should contact your State and local authorities to report
your concerns and get direction on any help
or resources in your area.
Correction: The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,
"Florida Governor Crist submitted a letter
to FEMA about a month ago requesting
disaster relief for his state. President
Obama's FEMA-turned him down-they said toxic
Chinese drywall in Florida was not a
disaster. How is gutting 100,000's of US
homes not a disaster-for these famiilies?"
3. You should also report your concerns to the US Consumer Products
Safety Commission.
Correction: The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "why waste your
time? The US Consumer Products Safety
Commission should be the subject of
Congressional hearings for their
incompetence in the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster in the US. We have a victim who did
an interview with the USCPSC, who told them
she was sick-they wrote down her health was
good."
4. You should also consider contacting your insurance company and
homebuilder to report your concerns.
Correction: According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "if
a homeowner attempts to submit a claim
related to toxic Chinese drywall to their
insurance company it will be denied & we
fear the homeowner will lose their coverage.
In many to most cases homebuilders are
either out of business---or they tell the
homeowner-we don't know what type of drywall
you have." The group says---"the reason the
homebuilders do not know what type of
drywall is in the homes built from 2000-2009
is because in many cases undocumented
workers were their drywall installers & opps---the
big US homebuilders forgot to pay taxes on
them."
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "if President
Obama, the Nancy Pelosi Congress, & or the
Harry Reid Congress wonder if they have
popularity issues now-just wait until the
average voter gets a really good
understanding of the President Obama,
Congressional, & US Federal Governments
response to the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster." The group says, "toxic Chinese
drywall is the absolute worst environmental
mess ever faced by US homeowners/families,
and kicking 100,000's of completely innocent
homeowners to the curb-with-gut your
house-was not exactly the Change anyone
wanted. Thank you for nothing."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Warns Buyers To Avoid Toxic
Drywall Homes In Florida-US Southeast
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has become aware that real
estate flippers are buying Chinese drywall
home foreclosures from banks, and then
flipping the home to buyers-who have not yet
heard about toxic Chinese drywall, or the
actual banks, are failing to inform home
buyers-that the home-foreclosure has toxic
Chinese drywall in Florida, and possibly
other states. The group asks, "a newer home
in Fort Meyers, Florida for $65,000-to good
to be true? Heck yes, its too good to be
true--if the home has toxic Chinese drywall.
There is not even an established protocol on
how to actually fix a home with toxic
Chinese drywall in it." The group adds, "do
not purchase a home in Florida, Louisiana,
Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Virginia, the
Carolina's, or Southeast Texas without a
toxic Chinese drywall inspection. If the
inspection discovers toxic Chinese
drywall----DO NOT BUY IT!" For more
information please feel free to call the

(Vocus) April 1, 2010 -- The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center is pleading with potential
US home buyers to not get suckered into
purchasing a Florida-or US Southeast
home-that is known to have toxic Chinese
drywall in it. The group is saying, "do not
buy a home-condo-town home-or small
commercial property built, or remodeled
after 2000 in Florida, Louisiana, Alabama,
Mississippi, Virginia, the Carolina's, or
Southeast Texas without hiring a qualified
Chinese drywall building inspector--no
matter how cheap the property is. Do not buy
the property if it has toxic Chinese
drywall." The group is saying, "slime ball
real estate flippers, are getting into the
toxic Chinese drywall game--in a big way,
and we fear innocent consumers who buy one
of these homes will be SOL. The banks
selling foreclosures in Florida are just as
bad--they are just selling the formerly
$350,000 home for say $100,000-As
IS-----without mentioning the home has toxic
drywall." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center is saying, "we have been told that
second owners of a newer home in say
Florida-might not have recourse against the
original homebuilder-and good luck going
after the real estate flipper------just
don't buy it. Or wait until everyone agrees
on how to fix these homes-so they are safe."
For more information please contact the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at
866-714-6466, or contact the group via its
web site at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
saying,"unless you live in Florida, or other
US Southeast States-most Americans have not
heard of toxic Chinese drywall. Lets say-
you want to get a place in Florida-you live
in New York, or Chicago, you see a formerly
$400,000 house in Miami for $65,000---and
you think---how can I lose? If the home has
toxic Chinese drywall-and you buy it---you
just lost." The group says,"and don't think
President Obama and House Speaker Nancy
Pelosi are going to come in for a rescue.
Neither have mentioned the toxic Chinese
drywall disaster one time-even though its
been big news in Florida/US Southeast pretty
much everyday for 14 months." They say,"even
worse, President Obama's FEMA office in the
US Southeast just rejected the Florida
Governors request for disaster
relief-----calling it a product liability
issue-even though we have 100,000's of
completely innocent US adults, and children
stuck in these sick homes." For Chinese
drywall symptoms please visit the groups web
site at
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
saying, "we have been getting frantic calls
from buyers-who were on the verge of buying
one of these too good to be true Florida
bank foreclosures-or slime ball real estate
flipper house deals-and we thought we needed
to say something-to protect possible new
completely innocent US victims." The group
says,"for those stuck in these homes---there
are lawsuits against the Chinese drywall
makers, the homebuilders, their building
supply houses, and even the home insurance
companies--but we fear its going to take
years to resolve-which leaves the 100,000's
of completely innocent US homeowners
stuck---with no good options-except to walk
away. Pretty sad stuff.
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The group says,"bottom line-toxic Chinese
drywall is the worst environmental disaster
in US homeowner history. Toxic Chinese
drywall is in every US State. However, we
think it takes high levels of
humidity-combined with high thresholds of
heat to bring out the worst effects-like
what we are seeing in South Florida, or post
Katrina Louisiana/Mississippi."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The group says, "as of right now---these US
homeowners-with toxic Chinese drywall are
stuck----and most US citizens don't know
about them-don't become one of them."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center Says It's Vital US
Homeowners With Knauf Chinese
Drywall Get Identified -- Now
The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center is saying, "its
absolutely vital that every US
homeowner with Knauf Chinese
drywall gets identified right
now. Our biggest fear is that
only 1 out of 30, or 1 out of 40
US homeowners with Knauf Chinese
drywall have been identified to
the New Orleans Federal Court."
Knauf Chinese made drywall has
been found in abundant amounts
in Florida, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia,
Virginia, South Carolina, North
Carolina, Mississippi &
Southeast Texas. This drywall
was used in larger subdivisions
built by national, or regional
homebuilders, smaller
subdivisions, condominiums/town
homes, and in hurricane
restoration work done after
Hurricanes Ivan, Katrina, and
Rita. The group is saying," we
are on the verge of having
little to no time left in
identifying homeowners who have
problematic Chinese made Knauf
drywall in their homes. Please
get identified now if you have
Chinese made Knauf drywall in
your home." For more information
please contact the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center at
866-714-6466, or contact the
group via its web site at

(Vocus) March 25, 2010 -- The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
is saying, "because Knauf may be
the only Chinese drywall
defendant that actually settles
with its effected US homeowners,
it is critically important we
get as many homeowners
identified, particularly in sub
divisions ASAP." The group says,
"our biggest worry is homeowners
living in subdivisions that are
known to have Chinese made
drywall called Knauf-have this
deadline on ignore, or don't
understand that a failure to
act-may likely result in the
homeowner getting little to no
money to repair their home. This
is especially true where the
homebuilder is bankrupt, or they
are out of business." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
is urging neighbors in
subdivisions, or
neighborhoods-where Chinese made
drywall called Knauf has been
identified-to email this press
release to their neighbors---its
that important. For more

What are the symptoms, or
indicators of toxic Chinese
Drywall? The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center says, "in
Florida, the US Southeast,
Virginia, or other states known
to have toxic Chinese drywall,
the four biggest
symptoms/indicators of toxic
Chinese drywall we hear are, air
conditioning coil failures,
failed electrical
appliances/flickering lights,
black copper, combined with
health side effects that include
non stop upper respiratory
problems, to severe headaches,
to nose bleeds, to all sorts of
strange rashes." But what about
that sulphur smell? The group
says, "Some homes have the
sulphur smell, some do not. We
do not think that the smell of
sulphur is necessarily the best
indicator for toxic Chinese
drywall. We think a far better
indicator for homes, at least in
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama,
Georgia, Southeast Texas,
Mississippi, Virginia, the
Carolina's or other humid, warm
states are air conditioning coil
failures, electrical problems,
combined with all, or some of
the homeowner's family are sick.
The time lines are 2001 to early
2009." For more information,
homeowners can contact the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
anytime at 866-714-6466, or
contact the group via its web
site at

Note: To discover if a home
has toxic Chinese drywall in
it--it might be as easy as
seeing what is written on the
back of the drywall in a homes
attic.
The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center is calling toxic Chinese
drywall, "the absolute worst
environmental disaster for US
homeowners ever. Even more
tragic, President Obama has yet
to mention toxic Chinese drywall
in public one time. Just as
bad-the US Consumer Products
Safety Commissions efforts thus
far have been a joke." Even more
insulting the group says, "last
week FEMA informed the State of
Florida that toxic Chinese
drywall does not qualify as a
disaster? If toxic Chinese
drywall in US homes is not a
disaster---what is? Homes/real
estate with toxic Chinese
drywall are worth close to
zero--how is this not a
disaster?"
If a homeowner has discovered
a specific type of Chinese
drywall in their home called
Knauf, the Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center will come to
your subdivision to check as
many homes as possible to see
who else has it. For more
information homeowners can

If
You Live in a Subdivision or Condo with
Toxic Chinese Drywall in Florida Call The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
intensifying its efforts to educate all
homeowners in Florida about the risks of
toxic Chinese drywall in their homes and
condominiums. According to the group, "we
are extremely worried that homeowners or
sub-division associations in Florida are
buying the homebuilders the lines, not to
worry, you don't have toxic Chinese drywall
in your home, or there is nothing we can
do." The group is saying, "homeowners are
not stuck, we are fighting for them, and we
want to hear from every victim. We are
calling toxic Chinese drywall in homes or
condominiums in Florida, and other states,
the absolute worst environmental disaster in
US history, and we are here to help." Any
homeowner in Florida, or any other state,
who suspects their home or condominium
contains toxic Chinese drywall should
contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the
group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) October 1, 2009 -- Out of fear that
many homeowners or subdivision/condominium
associations in Florida are not willing to
admit their property contains toxic Chinese
drywall, Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center is dramatically
intensifying its efforts to educate
homeowners about this potentially lethal
building product. The group is saying, "we
have heard of numerous stories where
homebuilders come out to a sub division or
condominium project in Florida, and tell the
homeowners either you don't have it, there
is nothing we can do about it, or we will
re-drywall your home." The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center is saying,"do not trust
your homebuilder to be honest about toxic
Chinese drywall, do not accept the line
there is nothing you can do about it, and
above all, do not allow a homebuilder to
re-drywall your home, because this
simplistic approach will not fix the
problem." The group is also saying, "under
no circumstances accept a homebuilders pitch
to re-drywall your home, after you sign a
release, giving up your future rights, or
claims against the homebuilder." For more
information any homeowner can contact the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at
866-714-6466, or contact the group via its
web site Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
Why is the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center so concerned about homeowners in
Florida and toxic imported Chinese drywall?
According to the group, "at this moment the
State of Florida has more toxic Chinese
drywall than any other state. We think the
number could easily exceed 150,000 homes,
and condominiums. We also know homebuilders
and/or homebuilder groups are desperate to
deflect criticism from themselves, saying
things like 'we had no idea,' etc." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,
"there is just one slight problem with this
homebuilder, we didn't know argument. We
know for certain air conditioning coils in
Florida were failing in homes in Florida,
and other Gulf States as far back as 2004.
AC coils typically last 10+ years. There is
no way at least the major or national
homebuilders in Florida did not know there
was a problem with imported Chinese drywall
by mid-2005, because we are fairly certain
air conditioning manufacturers would have
told the major homebuilders the off gassing
from the imported Chinese drywall was
degrading the AC coils." The group is
saying, "the Florida homebuilders or
national homebuilders in Florida continued
to use this drywall because it was cheap."
Homeowners in Florida who had an air
conditioning coil failure in a new home in
2004 and/or 2005 should contact the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or
contact the group via its web site at
Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com.
Important note to all Florida homeowners:
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
saying, "if you, or your neighbors have lost
numerous air conditioning coils after moving
into a new home built in Florida, if you or
your neighbors are complaining of upper
respiratory issues, nose bleeds, headaches,
or strange electrical problems in a new home
in Florida built after 2003, we want to hear
from you." Affected homeowners in Florida
subdivisions, or condominiums should contact
the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center anytime
at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via
its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
Warning From the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center: "If a homebuilder offers to
re-drywall your home, do not accept the
offer. Until an approved remediation
protocol can be established, installing new
drywall will not fix the problem, because we
fear the wood in the home has absorbed the
gasses from the toxic Chinese drywall."
What is Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center been doing to help the
victims of toxic Chinese Drywall in Florida,
Louisiana, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama,
Virginia and Texas?
According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center, "if you Google 'President Obama
Chinese Drywall,' or 'Congressional relief
toxic Chinese drywall,' you will see that no
other group or individual has been trying
harder to get federal help for victims of
toxic Chinese drywall." The group is also
saying, "national TV networks
(NBC-CBS-ABC-CNN-Fox) have barely covered
the story, which in our opinion is another
national disgrace, because imported toxic
Chinese drywall is the absolute worst
environmental disaster in US history. Is
this because they love President Obama and
they do not want to report on the worst
federal failure since 9-11? Perhaps it's
time for the Fox TV network to spend a week
in Florida, after releasing the videos on
Acorn. This is a much bigger story and these
homeowners need help now. Not one stall
after another by the Obama Administration
and its US Products Safety Commission."
If a homeowner in a Florida subdivision or
condominium project suspects they have toxic
Chinese drywall in their home, call the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center to organize
inspections for your community. Concerned
homeowners can call the Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or
contact the group via its web site at
Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
requesting that homeowners in Florida
subdivisions or condominium projects share
this press release with their friends and
neighbors.
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
saying, "while President Obama sucks up to
the Chinese, in an attempt to elevate his
posture on the world stage. We have a
different take. Who will ever trust a
product made in China again? The Chinese
appear to have no national pride in the
quality of their products, and they appear
to have zero value for human life." The
group says, "the Chinese are supposed to be
our friends, yet they turn their backs on
us, when it comes to the lunatics who run
Iran, and nukes, or the safety of our
friends in Israel, but we are supposed to
buy their products? China can be replaced as
a trading partner. US homeowners and their
children cannot be replaced."
The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
Calls The Obama Administration &
Congress's Response To Toxic Chinese Drywall
A National Disgrace -- Help Urgently Wanted
According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center, "about a year ago, then Senator
Obama was mocking President Bush's response
to Hurricane Katrina, yet when faced with a
much larger disaster posed by toxic Chinese
drywall in US homes, President Obama is AWOL
with what is the worst environmental
disaster in US history." So how big is the
problem? According to the group, "toxic
Chinese drywall could easily be in 300,000+
US homes just in the US Southeast Region.
Even worse, many, to most of these homes may
have to be bulldozed, & there needs to be
immediate medical science on the affects of
exposure to toxic Chinese drywall." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is
appealing to all victims of toxic Chinese
drywall in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi,
Alabama, Texas, Georgia, and any other state
to call their favorite TV network anchors
from NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN & Fox TV, in New
York & invite them to come to & see for
themselves. The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center contact number is 866-714-6466, or
media can contact the group via its web site
at
Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) August 27, 2009 -- Since March the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been
demanding a massive federal response to
toxic Chinese drywall. The group has likened
toxic Chinese drywall to Hurricane Katrina
on steroids, with one slight difference. The
US Federal Government has yet to show up in
a meaningful way, the national press has
barely touched the story, and the group is
now saying a national class action will
never come close to helping the hundreds of
thousands of completely innocent victims,
who live in a home that is now toxic,
because of imported Chinese drywall.
According to the group, "if these homes have
to be bulldozed, the fix might cost on
average between $150,000, to $200,000 per
home, and exposure is going to possibly kill
thousands of completely innocent US
citizens. Think about it, if the emissions
will corrode copper, what is it doing to a
homeowner's/their childrens heath?" The
group is saying, "its time for the actual
anchors of the major US TV networks to go to
Florida, to see and hear for yourself." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center's contact
number is 866-714-6466, or the media can
contact them via their web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
But I thought you could just re-drywall the
house & everything would be fine-Right?
Wrong- "Spiderman S. Mulholland, Senior
Forensic investigator and national
consultant with U S Building Consultants and
U S Building Laboratories Inc., has noticed
that remediation is being conducted on homes
and buildings across Florida. It should be
noted that remediation protocols have not
been established, cross-contamination is
occurring, and after homes have the
sheetrock torn out and replaced diffusion of
sulfur diffusion continues to occur. This in
itself should be considered criminal." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center contact
number is 866-714-6466, and their web site
is located at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
But the lawsuits and class actions will fix
everything -Right?
Wrong. According to the Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center," it is very, very doubtful
the class actions, or lawsuits will ever
provide the homeowners enough money to fix
their home. Even worse, we do not know what
the health affects due to expose to toxic
Chinese drywall are, but we fear they are
very bad." The group says, "we can't
understand why the Obama Administration &
the federal government do not have this
information out to the public yet? Because
there is no real medical science related to
exposure to toxic Chinese drywall, hundreds
of thousands of Americans may live in homes
that are too toxic to live in."
Translation:" the toxic Chinese drywall
issue needs immediate decisive action from
President Obama & the US Congress, because
these homeowners, and their families do not
have four years to wait for a class
action/lawsuit, that will in all likelihoodl
not give them enough money to rebuild their
homes, or their lives."
But the Federal Government is doing
something about this disaster-Right?
Wrong: the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center,
"we put the White House phone number on our
web site, and White House operators have
been telling completely innocent victims of
toxic Chinese drywall to call their
Congressperson for months? President Obama
we need your help-not a pass the buck effort
on the part of your White House. Toxic
Chinese drywall in US homes is at least 4
times worse than the damage done by
Hurricane Katrina, to mention nothing of the
fact that exposure could ultimately kill
those who live in these homes, and you and
your administration has done little, to
nothing to help these 100,000's of innocent
victims." The group is now saying, "and
300,000,000 Americans are going trust
President Obama, and a Nancy Pelosi Congress
with our nations health care?" The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Centers says, "to add
insult to injury, the US Product Safety
Commission has yet to recall any type of
imported Chinese drywall, & their web site
is a joke? It says if you think you have
toxic Chinese drywall in your home you
should call the gas company, an electrician,
or e-mail them? We need serious people, an
emergency rescue plan from Congress right
now, and we think it will cost tens of
billions of dollars."
Is there any more bad news on imported
Chinese drywall? According to the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center, "we think air
conditioning makers hid the fact that
imported Chinese drywall was so toxic, that
it would degrade air conditioning coils,
starting as far back as 2005. If the AC
companies knew this, so did the home
builders & suppliers. If true, they should
all go to jail for what they have done to
completely innocent victims."
So what do homeowners do if they have toxic
Chinese drywall in their homes? According to
the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "call
Brian Williams of NBC, or Katie Couric of
CBS, or Charlie Gibson of ABC, or Anderson
Copper of CNN, or your favorite Fox TV host,
& have them come to your home, and the homes
of your neighbors in Florida, or other
affected states, to see for themselves. This
is a Titanic failure of local, state &
federal government to do their jobs & or to
help desperate American families in the
biggest mess of their lives." This is why
President Obama and the US Congress must
respond to this disaster now, in a robust
and meaningful way. The group says, "why are
we doing this now? As we looked around there
were no other volunteers-someone had to try
to say something truthful, to help these
desperate American homeowners & their
families."
The contact phone number for the Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center is 866-714-6466 &
their web site is located at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center,"if you are a victim of toxic Chinese
drywall, please call, & have your friends
and neighbors call your favorite TV network
& invite the news anchors to come visit your
home. If we are going to get you some help,
we are all going to have to work for it, &
sad to say, we are going to have to beg for
it." The group is asking if a victim of
toxic Chinese drywall see's this press
release, please share it with your neighbors
& everyone you know.

Americas Watchdog Demands Federal
Emergency Disaster Relief for 100,000's of
Toxic Chinese Drywall Victims Living in
Florida & Other States
Americas Watchdog, and its
Homeowners Consumer Center has been asking,
and now it is demanding to know when the
Obama Administration, and the US EPA intend
to get involved in the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster, affecting 100,000's of homeowners
in Florida and numerous other states.
According to the group, "Imported toxic
Chinese drywall is corroding copper, other
metals, and it is making people really sick
and a federal response is long overdue. This
is an epic national environmental disaster,
affecting US homeowners, their families,
their children, and the US government and
Obama administration is nowhere to be
found." For more information please call the
Homeowners Consumer Center at 866-714-6466,
or contact the group via their web site at
Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com.
(PRWEB) April 20, 2009 -- Americas Watchdog
and its Homeowners Consumer Center have been
leading in a national, and a state-by-state
investigation of toxic Chinese drywall.
According to the group, "exposure to the
toxic Chinese drywall is making people
really sick, it is corroding copper and
other metals, and we need to know why. The
lack of an actual federal response is a
insult to the 100,000's of US homeowners,
whose homes may contain this toxic Chinese
building product." The group says, "in
Florida alone, we think there are at least
150,000 new, or remodeled homes alone, and
the US Consumer Products Safety Commission
has yet to recall this product? The federal
response to this national disaster has thus
far been a joke." The Homeowners Consumer
Center has also discovered significant
quantities of imported Chinese drywall in
Virginia, Maryland, Colorado, California,
Nevada, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi,

"We need a federal disaster relief bill to
help the innocent homeowners now, before the
toxic Chinese drywall kills them."
Facts about Toxic Chinese drywall:
* It was first introduced to the US in 2001.
At its peak the toxic Chinese drywall was
used in new or remodeled homes in the US
between 2003 and 2007.(But it is still being
imported to the US)
* Houses with toxic Chinese drywall may, or
may not have a sulphur, or rotten egg smell.
The actual symptoms of toxic Chinese drywall
are upper respiratory issues, nose bleeds,
severe headaches, rashes, combined with air
conditioning unit failures, copper, or
silver corrosion, and/or corrosion of other
metals. Light bulb failures or electric
device failures may also be related to
exposure to toxic Chinese drywall.
* Is this toxic Chinese drywall problem just
limited to Florida? No. The number of homes
with toxic Chinese drywall has been grossly
understated, there are at least 150,000 new
or remodeled homes in Florida. Other states
with significant quantities of toxic Chinese
drywall include, Louisiana, Texas, Nevada,
Virginia, Connecticut, Alabama, Georgia,
Mississippi, California, and Colorado.
Note the biggest tragedy in all of this is
that literally thousands of homes in
Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and Texas,
that have been restored because of hurricane
damage will have to be rebuilt again,
because the contractors doing the storm
damage repairs used toxic Chinese drywall.
This is why Americas Watchdog is calling on
President Obama, and the US Congress to
enact emergency funding to help these
homeowners rebuild their homes, so they are
safe to live in. This is another reason why
the US EPA is so desperately needed, in what
is about to become the absolute worst
environmental disaster for homeowners in US
history.
* What about the class actions or lawsuits?
According to Americas Watchdog, "the
homebuilders, contractors, developers,
building material supply houses, the
importers, their insurers, and everyone else
involved should be sued for every nickel
they have. Houses with toxic Chinese drywall
are now worthless, and the homeowners and
their families may now have extreme long
term health problems, due to exposure to
toxic Chinese drywall." However, Americas
Watchdog is saying, "these class actions, or
law suits may take years. In the meantime
these innocent homeowners, and their
families are living in toxic houses, with no
meaningful help from the US federal
government. We need testing protocols, we
need medical research, on the affects of
exposure to toxic Chinese drywall, and we
need emergency federal funding to get these
homes safe again--now. The toxic Chinese
drywall is no different than a natural
disaster. This is Hurricane Katrina on
steroids, and the White House and Congress
have yet to do anything."
Note: Americas Watchdog is now calling on
the Governors of Florida, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Georgia, and Texas to put a
moratorium on all home sales in their
states, until the homes can be certified as
free of toxic Chinese drywall. "Banks are
selling toxic houses in Florida, with no
disclosure, that the home may be poisonous,
because of toxic Chinese drywall. This must
end right now. Further the US Products
Safety Commission must put a recall on all
toxic Chinese drywall, and put a stop on the
importation of toxic Chinese drywall now."

Louisiana, California, Colorado, Virginia,
or any other state, and you suspect you

Americas Watchdog Urges Victims of Toxic
Chinese Drywall to Call President Obama and
the White House for Action
Americas Watchdog is urging President Obama
& the US Congress to take the toxic Chinese
drywall issue much more seriously. "The
federal government is doing zero, and tens
of thousands of homeowners are getting sick
due to exposure to toxic Chinese drywall, in
Florida, the other Gulf States, and numerous
other states. A federal response is long
overdue." Toxic Chines drywall has been
discovered in homes or condominiums in over
a dozen states; it degrades copper, or other
metals, and most importantly, it's making
people really sick. "These homeowners need
help now, & they need an involved federal
government." For more information please
contact the Homeowners Consumer Center at
866-714-6466, or contact them via their Web

(PRWEB) April 15, 2009 -- Americas Watchdog
& its Homeowners Consumer Center have been
leading in the national, and state by state
investigations of toxic Chinese drywall for
over three months. The group has been
calling for President Obama, the US
Congress, and the US EPA to get involved in
what the group considers to be the absolute
worst homeowner environmental disaster in US
history. The culprit-toxic Chinese drywall
that is corroding copper, other metals and
making people really sick. To date, aside
from Senator Nelson & Congressman Wexler,
the group is not aware of any White House,
US Congressional, or federal agency response
to this huge national disaster. The group
expects to find well over 150,000 new or
remodeled homes in Florida, 30,000+ in
Mississippi & Louisianna, 5000+ in Virginia,
10,000+ in Texas, and toxic drywall in
significant quantities, in dozens of other
states.
The group says, "People are getting sick in
these houses, this is a national disaster;
the President & Congressional delegations
need to get to Florida immediately, so we
can get emergency funding to help hundreds
of thousands of homeowners get their homes
fixed, and determine if these homeowners
should even be staying in their homes right
now, given the possible dire health issues.
For more information contact the Homeowners
Consumer Center at 866-714-6466 or contact
the group via their web site at http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.com."
Americas Watchdog is saying, "What happens
if in five years we all find out exposure to
toxic Chinese drywall gives people cancer,
or kills them?" The group believes the
100,000's of new or remodeled US homes with
toxic Chinese drywall could be lethal to the
families, who live in them. As a result,
"Americas Watchdog is strongly encouraging
all homeowners in Florida, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, or
Texas to call the White House & request
President Obama come visit their homes, so
he can see for himself. The White House
phone number is 202-456-1414."
"Americas Watchdog would also like to invite
Katie Couric of CBS, Brian Williams of NBC,
Charles Gibson of ABC, Anderson Cooper of
CNN, & Geraldo Rivera of Fox, to come to
Fort Myers, or Cape Coral, Florida & see for
yourself, why we are so terrified about this
toxic Chinese drywall situation, & why the
federal response thus far has been a joke."
The group says, "To repeat, this is the
worst environmental homeowner disaster in US
history. We think 100,000's of US homes will
need to be rebuilt, we will need a massive
federal emergency relief bill, to help these
totally innocent US citizens, & we need the
President & the US Congress to get to work
on this now. This is much, much worse than
Hurricane Katrina."
While their have been numerous federal &
state class actions filed, Americas Watchdog
is concerned these could take four or five
years to run their coarse, and in the
meantime, US homeowners could be dying from
exposure to imported Chinese toxic drywall.
According to the group, "We are not even
sure if all the class actions, or lawsuits
will give the homeowners enough money to
safely rebuild their homes. This is why we
need a federal rescue plan for these totally
innocent US homeowners right now. We also
need real science from the US Federal
Government to tell us if these houses are
even safe to live in, & we need it now."
If you live in Florida, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia,
Texas or any other state, and you live in a
subdivision or condominium where the toxic
Chinese drywall has been discovered, please
share this press release with your friends,
and neighbors, and encourage them to call
the White House as well. "The toxic imported
Chinese drywall is literally a national
tragedy of epic proportions, and our
President, the US Congress, and the federal
government need to get involved now. Your
phone call will help."

one, at this moment in time."

Americas Watchdog Discovers Toxic Chinese
Drywall In Texas: It May Be As Bad As
Florida And This Is About To Turn Into A
National Disaster
Americas Watchdog and its Homeowners
Consumer Center have been leading a national
and state by state investigation of toxic
Chinese drywall for over three months. The
group has discovered significant quantities
of the Chinese made toxic building product
in Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana,
Maryland, Virginia, Arizona, and now
unfortunately Texas. The Texas discoveries
were in Houston and in the Austin metro
areas. Americas Watchdog is concerned the
Texas toxic Chinese drywall discoveries
could be as bad, or worse than Florida. The
product was first introduced to the US in
2001, and at its peak was used from 2003
until 2007. Symptoms include upper
respiratory problems, nose bleeds, cooper,
or silver that turns black, combined with,
"I leave the house and I feel better, I come
home, and I am sick again." If a US
homeowner is concerned that they might have
the toxic Chinese drywall in their home,
they can call the Homeowners Consumer Center
anytime at 866-714-6466 or contact the group
via their web site at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com.
(PRWEB) April 6, 2009 -- Americas Watchdog
and its Homeowners Consumer Center have been
advancing a nationwide and state by state of
toxic Chinese drywall since the beginning of
the year. According to the group, "the toxic
Chinese drywall issue will eclipse any
product defect, or liability issue in US
history. The imported Chinese construction
product not only corrodes or discolors
cooper, or silver in a house; much more
importantly the product is making homeowners
sick." The group says, "its about time for
the Obama Administration and the US EPA to
show up and act like a federal government
should. The group is now announcing that the
Chinese toxic drywall is in Texas, in
significant quantities, and this Chinese
drywall issue is about to turn into a first
class national disaster, at the worst
possible time in our economic history."

on the affects of exposure to toxic Chinese
dry wall. However, some common denominators
appear to present, as follow: nose bleeds,
headaches, coughs, upper respiratory or
sinus issues, rashes. The Homeowners
Consumer Center believes that exposure to
toxic Chinese drywall, and some of these
medical symptoms are related, because
homeowners in new homes in different parts
of the country, different states, all share
two things in common---the fact that Chinese
drywall is in their house, and they have
these medical conditions. In many cases not
everyone in the family will share the same
symptoms. If you live in a home and suspect
toxic Chinese drywall is present you can
call the Homeowners Consumer Center anytime
at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via

drywall in their home might have copper
ground wires in the electrical receptacles
that have turned black. Homeowners who
suspect their home may have the Chinese
drywall can remove electrical receptacle
plates to see if the cooper ground wire has
turned black. If a homeowner in any state
sees this, they should call the Homeowners
Consumer Center immediately at 866-714-6466.

Chinese drywall? "We think all US States
will have the Chinese drywall. The new
states we worry about the most are Texas,
Florida, California, Arizona, Colorado, The
Northwest, Hawaii and Alaska. Florida will
easily go over 100,000 new homes, and we are
certain the same will true of Texas.
Remodeled homes in the US could easily be
200,000+ with the toxic Chinese drywall."
Note to all US Citizens. "If you have
friends, or family who live in a post 2001
new, or remodeled home, and the family has
had severe medical issues, combined with

numerous other states in much heavier
concentrations than we can comprehend." The

Americas Watchdog Ramps Up Its National
Investigation Of Toxic Chinese Dry Wall In
Homes Built In 2005-2008 In Florida, The
Gulf States and New Orleans Because Exposure
Could Kill You
Americas Watchdog's Homeowners Consumer
Center has been leading an investigation of
what started out as what appeared to be a
isolated problem with imported Chinese dry
wall in Miami Dade. According to the group,
"we have now discovered imported Chinese dry
wall all over the state of Florida, Georgia,
Mississippi, Louisiana and New Orleans. If a
homeowner in any of these states or New
Orleans lives in a home that was built or
remodeled between 2005 and 2008 that has a
strong smell of sulphur or rotten eggs, they
should contact us immediately at
866-714-6466 or contact us via our web site
at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com ."
The group says "this imported Chinese dry
wall could be so toxic it could kill you. We
are now talking to people who have serious
upper respiratory issues, nose bleeds and
even cancer. We also want to talk to
newspapers or radio stations in Florida and
the Gulf states so we can get the word out."
Homeowners or media can call the Homeowners
Consumer Center anytime at 866-714-6466.
(PRWEB) February 12, 2009 -- Americas
Watchdog's Homeowner Consumer Center is
expanding its national investigation of
imported Chinese dry wall, because of the
potential health risks associated with this
product. Initially the imported Chinese dry
wall was thought to have been isolated to a
few homes in Miami, Florida. According to
Americas Watchdog, "the potentially toxic
Chinese dry wall was used all over the
entire state of Florida, in Georgia, in the
Carolinas and in all Gulf Coast states. We
are particularly worried about New Orleans,
because we lost so many houses there during
and after Katrina. At the time I lived in
New Orleans and I know how hard it was to
get sheet rock, so we are 100% certain it's
in New Orleans on a large scale." If a
homeowner in Florida, Louisiana,
Mississippi, Georgia or the Carolinas has a
house that was built or remodeled in 2005 to
2008, with a sulphur or rotten egg smell
they should contact the Homeowners Consumer
Center immediately at 866-714-6466 or
contact them via their web site at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com.
Note to all consumers throughout the nation:
"The Homeowners Consumer Center is convinced
the potentially toxic Chinese dry wall is
not limited to the US Southeast, or the Gulf
states. If you have a home that was built or
remodeled in 2005 to 2008 that has a strong
sulphur smell, or a rotten egg type smell
please contact the Homeowners Consumer
Center at 866-714-6466."
What are the signs your house might have the
potentially toxic imported Chinese dry wall?
* First the house was built or remodeled
between 2005 and 2008
* The house has a strong or noticeable smell
of sulphur or rotten eggs.
* The home has experienced repeated air
conditioning coil issues or corrosion
* The home's occupants have experienced
upper respiratory issues, nose bleeds, or
other medical issues.
* Young children or senior citizens may be
the first to show signs of exposure to a
home with the imported Chinese dry wall.
A note to any Florida, Georgia, Mississippi
or Louisiana, TV station, talk radio
station, or newspaper: Please call the
Homeowners Consumer Center for more specific
information at 866-714-6466.
According to the Homeowners Consumer Center,
"we think we are going to end up with 25,000
to 50,000 US homes with the imported toxic
Chinese dry wall. We believe long term
exposure to this product could create
serious health problems. If you even think
you smell sulphur or rotten eggs in a house
built, or remodeled between 2005 and 2008,
in Florida, New Orleans, the West Coast, the
East Coast, anywhere, please call us
immediately at 866-714-6466 or contact us

Americas Watchdog's Homeowners Consumer
Center is leading a national investigation
of all new or remodeled homes
built/remodeled between 2004 & 2008, that
may have imported toxic Chinese dry wall.
Initially it was thought the potentially
toxic imported Chinese drywall was strictly
limited to a small section of Miami, or Dade
County, in Florida. The Homeowners Consumer
Centers Chinese dry wall investigation has
now determined, that the imported Chinese
dry wall has been installed all over the
state of Florida, Georgia, all other Gulf
States, the Northeast & the Southwest
States, or other regions of the United
States. US Homes built or remodeled between
2004 & 2008 may have this potentially toxic
Chinese dry wall in the house, or
condominium. According to the Homeowners
Consumer Center, "if your home or
condominium was built or remodeled between
2004 & 2008, and it has a constant rotten
egg, or sulphur type smell, we want to hear
from you immediately at 866-714-6466 or
contact us via our web site at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com

(PRWEB) February 17, 2009 -- Americas
Watchdog, and its Homeowners Consumer Center
are leading what started as a Florida
investigation, of what could be toxic
imported Chinese dry wall. The homeowners
Consumer Center's imported Chinese drywall
investigation is now a national
investigation, focused on every region, and
state in the US. According to the group,
"the potentially toxic Chinese dry wall
started to be shipped to the US in 2004, and
is still being shipped to the US. This dry
wall used in new home construction or
remodeling emits a rotten egg or sulphur
type smell. This dry wall could cause severe
damage to a home, and much more importantly,
exposure to this imported Chinese dry wall
could create severe health risks, or
consequences for anyone living in the house,
or condominium." If a homeowner in Florida,
or any other state has a home that was
built, or remodeled between 2004 & 2008,
that has a sulphur or rotten egg type smell,
they should call the Homeowners Consumer
Center immediately at 866-714-6466, or
contact them via their web site at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
How Can You Tell If Your Home Or Condominium
Might Have The Imported Chinese Dry Wall In
It?
* Your home or condominium may have a
sulphur, or rotten egg type smell,
especially when the windows, and doors are
all closed, and the water is not running.
* Since moving into the house, a homeowner
or their family may have experienced
symptoms of severe allergies, nose bleeds,
or upper respiratory problems. If the
homeowner leaves the home for an extended
period of time, these symptoms may
disappear.
* The home or condominium air conditioning
unit may have suffered repeated corrosion of
its coils.
* Aside from Florida, and every other US
State, the Homeowners Consumer Center is
especially worried about residents of New
Orleans and all Louisiana cities, or towns.
According to the group,"we lived in New
Orleans before, during and after Hurricane
Katrina, and we know there was an acute
shortage of dry wall. We fear this Chinese
dry wall is all over Orleans, Jefferson and
Saint Bernard Parishes, along with other
Parishes in Louisiana."
Special Note To Construction Project
Managers or Building Supply Managers: "If
you know where the imported Chinese dry wall
was installed, or who purchased it we want
to hear from you. This seriously may be a
life or death situation, for the occupants
of these homes, or condominiums."
To all US homeowners, or friends/relatives
of US homeowners who purchased a new home,
or remodeled a home involving the
installation of new dry wall, please e-mail
this press release to your friends,
relatives or neighbors, if their home was
built, or remodeled between 2004 & 2008. "If
their home or condominium has a rotten egg
or sulphur type smell please have them call
the Homeowners Consumer Center immediately
at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their
web site at Http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
According to the Homeowners Consumer Center,
"we think we are looking at the worst case
of sick houses in US history. Media
inquiries are strongly encouraged. Members
