The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is ringing alarm
bells about U.S. Taxpayer owned Fannie Mae reselling
toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures, with the only
disclosure being As Is, in places like Florida. The
group estimates potentially 1000's of As Is toxic
Chinese drywall home foreclosures have been sold by
Fannie Mae in just Florida alone. The group estimates if
taxpayer owned Fannie Mae reselling toxic Chinese
drywall home foreclosures in Alabama, Mississippi,
Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and Virginia are added into
the Florida numbers, the amount of potential victims is
north of 10,000 homeowners. The group says, "Does anyone
else have a problem with a taxpayer owned entity selling
toxic homes to unsuspecting home buyers? Further, at
what point does President Obama intend to publicly
address the toxic Chinese drywall disaster, and the
200,000+ U.S. homeowners, who have been crushed by this
toxic catastrophe in Florida, and other U.S. Southeast
States?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) October 17, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is the premier
advocate for innocent U.S. homeowners stuck with a home
that contains toxic Chinese drywall. The group estimates
in Florida alone there are over 100,000 homes that
contain toxic Chinese drywall. If you add in Alabama,
Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, and Southeast Texas
they think the number of toxic Chinese drywall homes is
in excess of 200,000 homes. Off gassing from toxic
Chinese drywall is so corrosive, it is not uncommon for
a copper air conditioning coil to turn black, and fail,
in a Florida, or U.S. Southeast home, that contains this
building product-in just one year. The time frames for
toxic Chinese drywall in the U.S. Southeast is as early
as 2000, with the peak years being 2004-2006. The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “Fannie Mae, or
major U.S. banks reselling a As Is toxic Chinese drywall
home foreclosure in places like Florida is wrong on so
many levels, and we want to identify homeowners, who
have purchased one of these As Is toxic Chinese drywall
homes.”
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “Aside from
being stunned that President Obama has yet to mention
the toxic Chinese drywall disaster one time, for
homeowners in places like Florida, we are even more
stunned that federal agencies under his control have
also been no shows for the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster. As an example the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency has yet to issue any meaningful
guidelines on how to remediate a toxic Chinese drywall
home in Florida, or the U.S. Southeast. The U.S.
Consumer Products Safety Commission has yet to announce
a recall of toxic Chinese drywall? It’s been three
years. Why have a federal government?”
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “On the topic
of no shows to the toxic Chinese drywall disaster in
places like Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,
Southeast Texas, and Virginia, we should also give a no
show award to the U.S. Centers For Disease Control.
Typical symptoms of a toxic Chinese drywall home include
all exposed copper electrical wiring turning black,
copper air conditioning coils turning black, and
failing, and electrical appliances failing. Does any of
this sound like it would be good for someone’s health?
Again, taxpayer owned Fannie Mae is simply reselling
these toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures with the
only disclosure being As Is, and we want to hear from
homeowners, who purchased one of these homes, only later
to discover it had toxic Chinese drywall.”

Homeowners Consumer Center Warns All East Coast Storm
Victim Homeowners To Beware Of Toxic Chinese Drywall-Buy
U.S. Made Drywall Only At Home Depot-Lowes
PRWeb
The Homeowners Consumer Center is warning all US East
Coast homeowners, who have sustained damage to their
homes, as a result what would seem like a barrage of
either hurricanes, tropical storms, or just lots of
wind, and rain storms to be super picky about selecting
drywall in repairing their homes. The group fears there
could be left over stockpiles of imported toxic Chinese
drywall, that could easily be shipped to the Northeast,
and they are extremely worried about what they refer to
as blank drywall. The Homeowners Consumer Center assumes
blank drywall, or better put, drywall with no ASTM
number on the back, or manufacturers information printed
on the back of the drywall is of Chinese origin, and
they consider it to be toxic. The group says, "We are
greatly concerned that opportunists will see a chance to
make a quick buck at a homeowners expense, and we are
urging all East Coast homeowners with damaged drywall to
only buy USG, National, or other brand name U.S. made
drywall, and our preference is you buy it at Home Depot,
or Lowes. Do not buy drywall off the back of a truck
driving up, and down your street. Toxic Chinese drywall
will destroy your home."
http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
(PRWEB) September 14, 2011
The Homeowners Consumer Center is one of the premier
homeowner advocates in the United States, and the group
is urging all US Northeast homeowners, who need to make
drywall repairs to their storm damaged homes to be on
the lookout for toxic Chinese drywall, or blank drywall,
that has no markings on the back, that indicates who
made it, country of origin, etc. The group says, "We
have 200,000 to 300,000 homes in the extreme US
Southeast, or Gulf States, that contain toxic Chinese
drywall, or blank drywall, that has no markings on it,
that we assume came from China. Toxic Chinese drywall,
or blank drywall, that we assume was imported from China
is so toxic, just a small amount will basically destroy
your home. If you are dealing with a damaged, or
partially destroyed home from North Carolina, New
Jersey, New York, all the way up to Vermont, we are
begging homeowners to not get tricked into buying
bargain basement priced drywall, that was not made in
the USA, or that has no markings on it at all. In this
instance, not buying USG, National, or other well known
domestic U.S. drywall makers product could be the
biggest mistake of your life. Cheap drywall made in
China is not a good deal, if it destroys your home."
http://HomeownersConsumerCenter.Com
The Homeowners Consumer
Center is also urging any U.S. East Coast homeowner with
a damaged home from the hurricane, tropical storm, or
non-stop rain-wind events to make sure they know exactly
what type of drywall your contractor is using for your
home repair. Again, the group says, "If it does not say
USG, National, or any other well known U.S. brand tell
the contractor to get it out of your house. In addition,
as an extra dose of protection, make certain you force
the contractor to provide receipts, as to where the
drywall was purchased. If the contractor will not
provide you with a receipt-or if the drywall is not a
well known U.S. drywall maker-get another contractor."

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Expands Its
Investigations Into All Chinese Made Building Products &
Chinese Made Furniture

Thursday, September 1, 2011
Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center is on the verge of dramatically
expanding its initiatives related to all Chinese
building products. Aside from the groups ongoing efforts
to get a meaningful response from the Obama
Administration, with respect to 100,000's of innocent US
homeowners, in Florida, or the US Southeast, who are
stuck in a toxic Chinese drywall home, these new
initiatives will also include a very intense focus on
all other potentially toxic, or defective Chinese made
building products. At the same time the group will be
launching an initiative focused on imported toxic
Chinese furniture. The group says, "We are currently
involved in a variety of investigations involving
defective Chinese building products, primarily focused
on toxic Chinese drywall, blank toxic drywall, that we
assume was made in China, imported residential windows,
or plumbing parts, we intend to go public shortly with
what we already know, and at the same time expand these
investigations. Unfortunately, as a byproduct of our
investigations involving imported defective, or toxic
Chinese building products, we have just become aware of
imported toxic Chinese furniture. We fear imported toxic
furniture, specifically leather sofa's could be in
100,000's of US homes, and because of the health risks,
this could become a major priority for us. Why do we
continue to do business with the Chinese?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB)
September 01, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center intends to
dramatically expand its investigations involving toxic,
or defective imported Chinese made building products. Up
until this time the group has been primarily focused on
getting meaningful federal help, or disaster relief for
100,000's of US homeowners, and family members in
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast
Texas, and Virginia, who are stuck in a toxic Chinese
drywall home. President Obama has yet to mention toxic
Chinese drywall one time since taking office? (Please
Google President Obama Toxic Chinese Drywall) However,
as a byproduct of their investigations involving toxic
Chinese drywall, the group has determined there maybe
hundreds, or thousands of other imported building
products from China, that are either toxic, defective,
or both. In addition to exposing defective, or toxic
Chinese imported building products, the group intends to
key in on other Chinese imports, in the hopes of better
US consumer protection, as well as corporate
accountability, on the part of US companies, that either
use these products, or resell them to a trusting US
consumer. The group says, "We do not understand why, or
how President Obama, or his US Consumer Products Safety
Commission have been given a free pass on the toxic
Chinese drywall disaster, but we know the problem is
much deeper, and we are going after it. This is the
United States, we are not a Banana Republic, and US
Citizens, and consumers deserve some leadership on what
would seem to be an endless flow of imported toxic, or
defective products from China."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
So what are the facts about possible imported toxic
Chinese leather furniture? The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "We received a disturbing call from a
Florida homeowner about a week ago, related to a leather
sofa she had purchased, that was made in China. In this
instance, the consumer had paid about $3000 for the
leather sofa. As soon as it was delivered to her home,
she, and her husband became ill. As a trained chemist,
she did some research, and quickly discovered her sofa
was made in China." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
says, "Over three years ago Great Britain, and Sweden
had the same problem with Chinese made leather
furniture, and they dealt with it. In an exert from an
article from the Times of London dated July 21st 2008,
The British cases have been linked to an estimated
100,000 sofas manufactured in China. A study in Sweden
has concluded that the skin conditions were a reaction
to the gas created during the sublimation of a chemical
called dimethyl fumarate." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "We want to hear from any US consumer, who
purchased a leather sofa, only to discover it caused
skin burns, upper respiratory problems, or other medical
issues since 2005. If the Brit's and Europe knew about
this problem three plus years ago, why didn't the US?"

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Blasts President Obama's & Federal
Agencies Failed Response To The Toxic Chinese Drywall
Disaster In Florida & Gulf States
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is convinced there are a
minimum of 100,000+ homes in Florida, that contain toxic
Chinese drywall. The bulk of these homes were built, or
remodeled between 2004, and 2007. In addition the group
feels there could easily be another 100,000+ homes, that
were built, or remodeled between 2004, and 2007 in
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and
Virginia. Toxic Chinese drywall, at least in Florida,
and the US Southeast is corrosive enough to turn copper
electrical wires black, pit, or degrade copper pipes,
and or create electrical device failures. The group
says, "Florida, and or US Gulf States homeowners living
in toxic Chinese drywall homes, are stuck in a kind of
Hell we find hard to even comprehend, yet President
Obama has yet to mention the US imported toxic Chinese
drywall disaster one time in public? US Federal Agencies
like the US EPA, the US Centers For Disease Control, and
the US Consumer Products Safety Commission are just as
bad-copper pipes degrade in homes with toxic Chinese
drywall, copper electrical wires turn black, and federal
agencies mandated with consumer, or environmental
protection are not concerned about the health effects
related to long term exposure to toxic Chinese drywall?
Something is horribly wrong with this picture. Who will
stand up for these US Citizens in Florida, or the US
Southeast stuck in the worst mess of their lives?"

(PRWEB) August 16, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “Candidate Obama
promised US voters in 2008, he would never miss a US
disaster, yet when it has come to what we consider to be
the worst US environmental disaster for US homeowners
ever-President Obama has been a no show?So have federal
agencies, that are supposed to be focused on protecting
US Citizens.” The group says,”In June President Obama
visited Miami, Florida-there was one slight problem—-he
was not there to talk about his concerns over tens, and
tens of thousands of Florida homeowners, and their
children, stuck in a toxic Chinese drywall home, he was
in Miami to rub elbows with rich people in the hopes of
raising big money for his campaign to seek a second
term? How does a sitting US President miss something as
big as the imported toxic Chinese drywall disaster in
Florida, or the US Southeast, and how is it a sitting US
President has, and continues to get a free pass on his
catastrophic failure to lead? Don’t believe us about the
magnitude of the problem- take a swing by Fort Myers,
Cape Coral, Miami-Dade, Florida, or the North Shore of
New Orleans, Louisiana, and you will not have much of a
problem finding homeowners, who can talk about the
problem-better yet, we are 110% certain they will be
able to show you.”

Standard toxic Chinese drywall symptoms in the US Southeast:
-
Continuous failure of air conditioning coils, or
HVAC units beyond anything normal. Copper AC coils
have turned black, or a grayish black–Again-Failed
or degraded air conditioning coils, or equipment is
the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center’s number one
symptom for toxic Chinese drywall.
-
Oven, or stove elements, or refrigerator coils may
have failed a number of times.
-
Failure of electrical appliances, computer, TV sets,
radios, DVD players, smoke detectors, microwave
display panels may have failed.
-
Corroded, or black electrical wiring.
-
High end silver jewelry, or silver plated utensils
turn black.
-
Light bulbs in homes with toxic Chinese drywall may
burn out at a much faster rate than specified by the
manufacturer.
-
The homeowners, or their families are sick.
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, “Because of no
leadership from the Obama Administration, there
currently are no rules with respect to cleaning up, or
remediation’s involving toxic Chinese drywall homes,
taxpayer funded Fannie Mae continues to sell toxic
Chinese drywall foreclosures, with As Is being the only
disclosure, and we have no health information related to
long term exposure to toxic Chinese drywall. Even worse
the government of China has done zero to step in, and
assist US homeowners stuck in a toxic home, that for all
intents and purposes was destroyed by a building product
made in their country, and or made in a factory owned by
the Chinese government. How stupid are we?”

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges All Potential
Home Buyers of Florida Foreclosures Built or Remodeled
Between 2004-2007 to Get a Chinese Drywall Inspection

For over two years the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been
blasting banks, or taxpayer owned Fannie Mae, for
dumping toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures on
completely innocent home buyers in Florida, who for the
most part have never heard of toxic Chinese drywall
before. Typically the only disclosure provided by the
bank is, As Is. The group is saying, "Aside from
thoroughly cheating a home buyer with the As Is
disclosure, as soon as the new owner becomes aware the
Florida home foreclosure contains toxic Chinese drywall,
the home, more often than not becomes a foreclosure all
over again. How amazingly stupid, or criminal is that?
To make matters worse, or even more insulting, the top
four US banks are mindlessly putting new mortgages on
these Florida toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures, as if
everything is ok? And, just as insane we fear the US
taxpayers are picking up the bar tab, thanks to the
morons, who operate taxpayer owned Fannie Mae." The
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "We are urging all
potential homeowners, or individuals seeking a great
deal on a Florida home foreclosure, especially if it was
built, or remodeled between 2004, and 2007, to have it
inspected for toxic Chinese drywall. We think these are
the peak years for toxic Chinese drywall use in at least
the US Southeast." The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
offers a buyers service, and a toxic Chinese drywall
home inspection for anyone contemplating the purchase of
a Florida home foreclosure built, or remodeled anytime
between 2004, and 2007. For more information potential
home buyers can call the group at 866-714-6466, or they

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,"For Florida homeowners
stuck with a toxic Chinese home, we have endorsed JJ
Staten Homes as the go to Chinese drywall remediation
contractor, because they do it right. We believe JJ
Staten Homes remediation protocol is the most sensible,
and thorough in Florida, for Chinese drywall homes. JJ
Staten Homes Chinese drywall remediation protocol
includes removing the old toxic Chinese drywall,
removing all remaining dust, or drywall particles,
replacing the electrical wiring, completely wiping down
the home, and then chemically treating the interior of
the home, and chamber testing the wood, and concrete
block to make certain the hydrogen sulfide is gone.
Anyone not doing this would be insane. This includes any
homeowner involved in this Knauf Tianjin mess, or a
homeowner simply wishing to get their Chinese drywall
home repaired properly." They say, "We appreciate
everyone's desire to go really cheap on a toxic Chinese

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges Florida Homebuilder Insiders
With Specifics Of Chinese Drywall Cover Up's To Step
Forward For Possible Huge Rewards
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is urging homebuilder, air
conditioning, mortgage banking executives, or insiders
with specific information about who knew what, and when
they knew it, with respect to toxic Chinese drywall in
Florida subdivisions, or condominiums to step up for
what could potentially be dramatic rewards. The group
says, "For good reason, we are not buying the notion
that major US homebuilders had no idea that imported
Chinese drywall was really a huge problem, until 2007,
or 2008. The–we only started using toxic Chinese drywall
after Hurricane Katrina line is a lie. We also know
there are air conditioning technicians, or major
homebuilder customer service representatives, who were
told not to say anything to homeowners about why their
air conditioning coils were continually failing, or why
the homeowners were sick. The time frames for this are
probably 2005, or before." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "If you possess specific information about
major national homebuilders engaging in a cover up of
the imported toxic Chinese drywall disaster the rewards
could potentially be in the millions. Call us at
866-714-6466, and we will try our best to explain how it
all works."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) July 18, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is encouraging
major homebuilder, air conditioning, or mortgage banking
insiders in Florida to step forward for potentially huge
rewards, if they possess specific, and provable
information about cover-ups involving imported toxic
Chinese drywall in 2005, or before. The group says, “We
know major homebuilders in Florida were telling their
customer service representatives, their mortgage
division employees, and or their air conditioning
subcontractors to say nothing about what they were
seeing in toxic Chinese drywall homes in Florida as
early as 2005, or before, and their could be huge
rewards for this type of information.” The Chinese
Drywall Complaint Center is also saying, “If you are an
insider, and you have specific information about major
homebuilders involved in toxic Chinese drywall cover
up’s, please don’t go to the press, or the government
first, because any type of public disclosure could
degrade your chances for a reward. We know you are out
there, we just want to try to make sure we get you
pointed in the correct direction, and we will try our
best to build a national caliber lawyers around you, in
order to do everything possible to advance your claim.”
For more information potential toxic Chinese drywall
insiders are encouraged to call 866-714-6466, or contact
the group via their web site at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center indicates the
following types of information might result in a
dramatic reward for a whistleblower:
-
A major national homebuilder knew that imported
toxic Chinese drywall was causing enormous problems
in Florida subdivisions, or condominiums in 2005,
but they said nothing to the homeowners, about the
problems.
-
Florida based air conditioning companies, or
technicians were told to say nothing about air
conditioning system failures, or AC coils turning
black in major subdivisions, or condominiums, that
contained toxic Chinese drywall. The technician
simply replaced the black, or failed AC coil,
without saying anything to the homeowner.
-
Major national homebuilder customer service
representatives were told to lie, or not tell the
truth about toxic Chinese drywall health related
issues to Florida homeowners, in 2006, 2005, or
before.
-
Major homebuilders building large subdivisions, or
condominium projects in Florida, that were involved
with federal tax fraud by misclassification of their
mostly undocumented work force by using what the
Americas Watchdog’s Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
calls the 1099 Tax Fraud Scheme. These undocumented
workers typically worked in “crews,” involving
framers, drywall installers, roofers, concrete, or
site work, etc.
For more information whistleblowers, who possess
specific information about cover-ups, and or defrauding
Florida new home buyers, in combination with toxic
Chinese drywall are encouraged to contact the Chinese

Chinese Drywall Complaint Warns Time Is
Running Out For Gulf States Homeowners Waiting For A
Knauf Tianjin Chinese Drywall Settlement
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "If there is not a
settlement soon, for the thousands of completely
innocent homeowners waiting for a settlement on the
Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese class action, we fear many
to most homeowners will simply walk away. Who would want
to live in one of these toxic Chinese drywall homes any
longer than they already have? Copper electrical wires
in these homes turn black, so this is good for your
health?" The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is the
most quoted source in the United States on Knauf Tianjin
toxic Chinese drywall. The group says, "We fear the
Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall settlement process
is being dragged out intentionally, and feel like
someone has to say something for these helpless
homeowners. We also find it reprehensible, that the
Chinese government has not acted like they even care
about the catastrophe they have caused in the US
Southeast." The Chinese government has an ownership
stake in the Taishan drywall maker. Taishan toxic
drywall has been identified as one of the most toxic
Chinese drywall imports in the time frames of 2005, and
2006 by the US Consumer Products Safety Commission, and
they are included in what is called the Chinese drywall
multi district litigation based in New Orleans.

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "If there is
not a settlement soon for the 7000+ homeowners stuck in
the Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall disaster, we
fear many to most homeowners will simply walk away. This
would be a tragedy beyond comprehension, as these
homeowners, and their precious families are innocent
bystanders, and many have been waiting for two years, or
more." They say, "What makes matters worse is if these
homes turn into foreclosures, an uncaring US bank will
simply resell the property as is, with no disclosure
requirement, in all likelihood to some out-of-stater,
who has never heard about the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, or Southeast
Texas. In the bank foreclosure scenario Knauf Tianjin
toxic Chinese drywall homes, are no longer part of the
class action. Gosh, we can't imagine why the makers of
Knauf Tianjin are taking their sweet time settling these
cases-can you?" The group says, "We believe Federal
Judge Fallon of New Orleans is the only federal official
who has stepped up to the plate on the toxic Chinese
drywall disaster, but tragically he is just one man, and
there is no supporting cast of characters up to and
including the Obama Administration, the absolutely
pathetic US Consumer Products Safety Commission, the US
Congress, and the US EPA. President Obama has yet to
mention the toxic Chinese drywall disaster one time in
public since taking office? Unbelievable!"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is the most quoted
source in the US on the Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese
drywall disaster, and they are the most quoted source on
Chinese State owned Taishan toxic Chinese drywall, and
they are saying, "And no one in the national press is
saying anything about the US toxic Chinese drywall
disaster? Why is the United States even doing business
with China? Toxic Chinese drywall was not their first
attempt to dump their imported garbage on completely
innocent US citizens." The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "Knauf Tianjin, and or Chinese government
owned Taishan are just two drops in the bucket, there
are a dozen more toxic Chinese drywall makers that we
know about, and perhaps dozens more we don't know
about-yet. The dozens we don't know about include blank
drywall, no fire rating code, no ASTM numbers, no
manufactures information, nothing, and we are 99.9%
certain this blank drywall came from China. And, there
is no US Federal Response?" The group says, "Starting
with the Knauf Tainjin toxic Chinese drywall disaster,
we are not going to back down for these homeowners, and
their families, nor will we back down for innocent
homeowners stuck with toxic Taishan Chinese Drywall, or
any other toxic Chinese drywall makers polluted product.
Aside from Judge Fallon, is any federal employee, up to
and including President Obama concerned for these
homeowners? And no, this is not a civil court
matter-toxic Chinese drywall is a US environmental
catastrophe, and these homeowners, and their families
need federal help-now."

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges Leaders in
Florida & Gulf States to Help Victims of The Chinese
Drywall Disaster-the Feds are a No Show
2 hrs 42 mins ago
According to the State of Florida's own records, enough
toxic Chinese drywall was shipped into this state to
build 60,000 homes. These numbers do not include ports
in New Orleans, Houston, or other major shipping hubs in
the US Southeast. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center
says, "We don't think city, county, state legislatures,
or governors in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi,
Louisiana, Southeast Texas, or Virginia can wait any
longer for President Obama, and the US federal
government to come riding in for a rescue related to the
toxic Chinese drywall disaster, for the tens, and tens
of thousands of completely innocent citizens stuck in
toxic Chinese drywall hell in their state's." The group
says, "The toxic Chinese drywall disaster in Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Southeast Texas has
turned into the Wild West, no one is in charge, and the
result is chaos, and confusion. If President Obama will
not show up for the Chinese drywall disaster in the US
Southeast, the governors must show up, and so must their
legislatures. None of these states have any laws
protecting innocent home buyers from unknowingly
purchasing a toxic Chinese drywall home? Banks can sell
a toxic Chinese drywall foreclosure in Florida-As Is-No
disclosure at all? We don't even have building codes in
the US Southeast on how to properly remediate a toxic
Chinese drywall home?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.com
(PRWEB) June 01, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "The imported
toxic Chinese drywall disaster is the worst
environmental disaster for US homeowners ever, and
President Obama, his administration, and various federal
agencies are no shows to this disaster. In places like
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast
Texas, and Virginia there are currently no building
codes designed to insure a proper remediation, no
meaningful disclosure laws, and no help for the tens,
and tens of thousands of helpless souls stuck in toxic
Chinese drywall hell."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
President Obama made the following comment in 2008 in a
statement about the third anniversary of Hurricane
Katrina while still a US Senator. Obama, "It is also a
day to remember the disastrously inadequate response
from the federal government, and pledge that never again
will we let bureaucratic incompetence leave disaster
victims stranded and alone. Huh? This is the same guy,
now US President, who has never mentioned toxic Chinese
drywall one time in public?" The Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center says,"After watching the Obama
Administration's failure to respond to the disastrous
storms in North Carolina, and Tennessee in April,
President Obama taking about a month to respond to the
BP Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010, and his
inability to deal with the imported toxic Chinese
drywall disaster in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi,
Louisiana, Virginia, and Southeast Texas, we are urging
governors from these states, along with their
legislatures to come up with immediate building code
requirements for remediations, disclosure laws to
protect uninformed home buyers, and some kind of
disaster relief program for the poor souls stuck in
these homes."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "If
toxic Chinese drywall will turn air conditioning copper
coils black, or corrode them in a year, or less, what is
it is it doing to the health of the families, who live
in these homes? Is anyone in government remotely
concerned about this reality?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center fears If individual
states, city, or county governments stuck with imported
toxic Chinese drywall in their subdivisions,
condominiums, town home projects, or single family homes
do not start showing some effective leadership, these
developments, or homes are going to turn into slums, or
constant foreclosures, and they will be a blight in the
communities, where they are located. The group is
specifically talking about the states of Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and
Virginia. They say, "As an example, in Lee County
Florida, where Fort Meyers, and Cape Coral Florida are
located, the county tax assessor has many toxic Chinese
drywall homes valued at land value only, the homes are
worth zero. How does the Florida real estate market ever
bounce back with no effective response to toxic Chinese
drywall homes? How does New Orleans bounce back with so
many unanswered questions about toxic Chinese drywall?
How do communities in Mississippi, or Alabama bounce
back with so many blighted areas because of toxic
Chinese drywall? Who'd want to buy a home built in 2005,
or 2006 in Houston, Texas, with so many serious
questions about toxic Chinese drywall? It really is time
for a change, and tragically the leadership part will
have to fall on the shoulders of the governors in these
states, and their legislatures, because its becoming
crystal clear when it comes to US disasters, President
Obama, and a meaningful response from the federal
government are not going to happen-so much for
Obama's-never again will we let bureaucratic
incompetence leave disaster victims stranded and alone."

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges All Potential Florida Home
Buyers to Use Their Chinese Drywall Inspection Service
Before Purchasing a Foreclosure
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is urging anyone in Florida,
or from out of state considering the purchase of a
Florida home, or condominium bank owned foreclosure to
use their toxic Chinese drywall inspection service. They
say, "Toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosures in Florida
is a gigantic problem, and most people from outside of
Florida have never heard of it. We have built an amazing
team designed to protect a Florida home buyer, or an out
of state home buyer wishing to purchase a Florida home
foreclosure, from unknowingly purchasing a toxic Chinese
drywall home. If the home buyer is knowingly purchasing
a Florida toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure, we
will assist the home buyer, and their real estate agent
with the offering price, that includes input from an
extremely competent Florida based Chinese drywall
remediation contractor, as well as our price analysis of
the property. Our Chinese drywall inspection, and home
buyers service has no equal in Florida, or in any other
US State." For more information please contact the

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is the most quoted source in
the United States on toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures
in Florida. They are also the most quoted source related
to toxic Chinese drywall remediation for Florida home
foreclosures, and or banks selling toxic Chinese drywall
foreclosures in Florida, with As Is, being the only
disclosure. The group says, "One of our biggest problems
with the toxic Chinese drywall disaster is educating
potential home buyers about toxic Chinese drywall home
foreclosures, especially in Florida. Our service is
specifically designed to protect a home buyer from
unknowingly purchasing a quote unquote-As Is-toxic
Chinese drywall home or condominium bank owned
foreclosure in Florida. This service is also designed to
assist potential home buyers, and their real estate
agent negotiate a much, much better purchase price from
the bank, or loan servicing company foreclosure
department, in the event toxic Chinese drywall is
discovered, and the home buyer wants to remediate the
home." Anyone serious about purchasing a home
foreclosure in Florida, especially if the home was built

For those wondering if its possible to, fix and get financing for a
Florida toxic Chinese drywall home foreclosure, the
Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "Yes there is a
special federal mortgage program called a 203-K, that
will allow for the purchase of a toxic Chinese drywall
foreclosure, and provide for money to remediate the
property. The key element to this 203-K program is the
home must be owner occupied, and the home value post
remediation must be comparable to similar non toxic
Chinese drywall homes in that specific real estate
market." If home buyers, or real estate agents want a
further explanation of this program, they are welcome to
contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center anytime at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,"On the topic of Chinese
drywall remediation, or Chinese drywall remediation
contractors anywhere in Florida, we have endorsed JJ
Staten Homes as the go to Chinese drywall remediation
contractor, because they do it right. We believe JJ
Staten Homes remediation protocol is the most sensible,
and thorough in Florida, for Chinese drywall homes. JJ
Staten Homes Chinese drywall remediation protocol
includes removing the old toxic Chinese drywall,
removing all remaining dust, or drywall particles,
replacing the electrical wiring, completely wiping down
the home, and then chemically treating the interior of
the home, and chamber testing the wood, and concrete
block to make certain the hydrogen sulfide is gone.
Anyone not doing this would be insane. This includes any
homeowner involved in this Knauf Tianjin mess, or a
homeowner simply wishing to get their Chinese drywall
home repaired properly." They say, "We appreciate
everyone's desire to go really cheap on a toxic Chinese
drywall repair. However, if its not done right the first
time, you will have to repeat the process over, and over
again. We say do it right the first time." For more

President Obama & Congress Show Up to the Chinese
Drywall Disaster in Florida & Gulf States
Mon May 23, 9:00 am ET
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "President
Obama made the following statement in 2008 in a
statement about the third anniversary of Hurricane
Katrina when still a US Senator. Obama-It is also a day
to remember the disastrously inadequate response from
the federal government and pledge that never again will
we let bureaucratic incompetence leave disaster victims

Obama, and the US Congress, why is no one in Washington
DC willing to openly discuss the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster, and or the plight of tens, and tens of
thousands of completely innocent US homeowners stuck in
toxic Chinese drywall hell? How can President Obama ever
talk about a disastrously inadequate response from the
federal government, when he has never mentioned
homeowners baking in toxic Chinese drywall hell, in
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast
Texas, or Virginia, one time in public? President Obama
has been in office for two plus years. What happened to
Change, and your Yes We Can-BS?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) May 23, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "We have been
working on the toxic Chinese drywall disaster, full
blast for two years, always thinking President Obama,
and his US Federal Government would ultimately show up
in a meaningful way to help the tens, and tens of
thousands of completely innocent homeowners, and
children, stuck in toxic Chinese drywall hell throughout
the extreme US Southeast. We were wrong-President Obama,
and the US Congress are no-shows." The group says, "If
any one wants to talk about bureaucratic incompetence,
we really need to mention the Obama Administration's US
Consumer Products Safety Commission. Toxic Chinese
drywall is going to prematurely kill thousands of
innocent US homeowners in the US Southeast, and not one
sheet of toxic Chinese drywall has been recalled, and
the comments from this so called Products Safety
Commission include the notion that blackened copper
electrical wires can be saved, in homes in Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and
Virginia that contain toxic Chinese drywall? Ever seen
what copper wires, or copper air conditioning coils look
like in a toxic Chinese drywall home-they turn black,
they get pitted, and in the case of copper air
conditioning coils they also leak. Now that's got to be
good for someone's health!"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "On the topic
of remembering President Obama's disastrously inadequate
response from his federal government, and his pledge,
that never again will we let bureaucratic incompetence
leave disaster victims stranded and alone, we are saying
where's the change? It took James Carville blasting
President Obama's failure to lead on the BP Deepwater
Horizon oil spill to finally get a federal response in
2010. Unfortunately, there is no one of James Carville's
stature to step up for the thousands, upon thousands of
homeowners in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,
Southeast Texas, and Virginia living in toxic Chinese
drywall hell. How long will President Obama continue to
ignore the imported toxic Chinese drywall disaster?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
So what is needed now? The Chinese Drywall Complaint
Center says, "Existing homeowners stuck in a toxic
Chinese drywall home in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi,
Louisiana, Southeast Texas, and Virginia all need to get
meaningful loan modifications for their homes, from
their bank, or loan servicing company. We also believe
the US EPA has to come up with a standardized
remediation protocol, so that the repairs, or
remediations of toxic Chinese drywall homes are done
properly, and we believe the Obama Administration needs
to submit to the Chinese government the bill for this
mess." The group says, "The national press has not
exactly jumped all over this imported toxic Chinese
drywall story. However, at some point this story will
get told, and we believe when the nation gets a good
sense of the scope, and size of this disaster, its going
to get ugly. How long does the Obama Administration get
a free pass on their failure to do anything meaningful
to help the tens, and tens of thousands of US victims of
imported toxic Chinese drywall disater?"

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Demands
Mortgage Relief For Florida & Gulf States Homeowners
Stuck In Chinese Drywall Hell
Wed May 18, 9:00 am ET
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is blasting most
major US banks, or loan servicing companies for doing
little to nothing, to assist the tens of thousands of US
homeowners in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,
Virginia, and Southeast Texas stuck in a toxic Chinese
drywall home. The group says, "Does Bank of America,
Wells Fargo, Citi, Chase, and Fannie Mae want all of
these homes to turn into foreclosures? Unless these
toxic Chinese drywall homes get properly remediated, and
repaired, they just turn into foreclosures over, and
over again." They say, "We appreciate President Obama,
his Administration, and the US Congress have been AWOL
on the toxic Chinese drywall issue, but if you are bank,
or loan servicing company executive, this toxic Chinese
drywall catastrophe is costing your institution money,
and we think a loan modification, or a 203-K mortgage
loan combined with a loan modification, is the only way
to get these homeowners some meaningful help. Do you
banks, or loan servicers want to be in the toxic Chinese
drywall home foreclosure business forever in Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, and Southeast
Texas?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
(PRWEB) May 18, 2011
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "The imported
toxic Chinese drywall disaster in places like Florida,
Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, and Southeast
Texas is the worst man made environmental disaster to
ever hit the US, and unless someone steps up to the
plate pretty soon, its just going to get worse for
everyone. Everyone includes the completely innocent
homeowners, who would have never knowingly purchased a
toxic Chinese drywall home. Everyone also includes
completely innocent children of homeowners stuck in
these toxic Chinese drywall homes." The group says, "We
think it is insanity for major US banks, or loan
servicers to continue to pretend that the toxic Chinese
drywall environmental disaster is just going to go away
on its own. Unless these homes are properly remediated,
the disaster never goes away, it simply festers, and it
gets worse." They say, "We believe the time has come for
major US banks, and loan servicing companies to step up
to the plate to help these homeowners. Meaningful help
for homeowners stuck in a toxic Chinese drywall home in
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Virginia, and
Southeast Texas would involve a substantial loan
modification, along with what is called a 203-K
mortgage. The unique feature of a 203-K mortgage program
is it allows for a purchase price, and remediation built
into the mortgage product."
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says, "In places
like Lee County, Florida, the Assessors Office has some
toxic Chinese drywall homes valued at the land cost
only. The actual home, or condo is worth zero. We think
this should be a huge wake up call to all major US
banks, or mortgage loan servicers. Do the pension funds,
or investors know their securitized mortgage is worth
nearly zero?" They also say, "At the same time we are
horrified with the prospects of Florida real estate
flippers buying toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures, and
then doing a low end remediation-doomed to fail, or even
worse, no remediation on the foreclosure, and then
spinning the home to a new buyer, typically from out of
state, or who has never heard of toxic Chinese drywall
before. Is anyone in city, county, state, or the federal
government remotely worried about any of this? Are the
Fed's ever going to show up to the toxic Chinese drywall
disaster?"
http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, "Toxic
Chinese drywall foreclosures can be great investments,
if the investors, or home purchaser understands what
they are doing, and the critical aspect of a proper home
remediation. However, if the investor, or purchaser
fails to do it right, the home ultimately becomes
another foreclosure. We are doing everything possible to
change the Florida toxic Chinese drywall foreclosure
flipper quick buck, or go cheap mentality into something
sane. But, it really is time for major US banks, and
loan servicers to show up, by helping existing
homeowners stuck in toxic Chinese drywall hell, and or
insuring that toxic Chinese drywall foreclosures go
through a rigorous remediation before they are allowed
to be mortgaged to a new home purchaser, or investor."

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Launches
a Vital Loan Modification Service for Florida Homeowners
Stuck with Chinese Drywall
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has developed a revolutionary
Florida toxic Chinese drywall inspection service, that
is designed to hopefully assist existing homeowners
obtain a meaningful loan modification, if they are stuck
in a Florida toxic Chinese drywall home, or condominium.
They say, "Given the lack of any federal, or state
response, we have designed an inspection service to help
all existing Florida homeowners living in a toxic
Chinese drywall nightmare, in the hopes it will help
them obtain a significant loan modification. This is
especially relevant for a homeowner waiting for the
Knauf Tianjin class action to settle." They say, "Our
Inspection service report gets very specific about new
valuations, based on what we think the toxic Chinese
drywall remediation costs will be, if toxic Chinese
drywall is discovered, and then we will contact your
bank. There is no service like this anywhere in Florida,
or in the US Southeast." For more information Florida
homeowners, who are stuck in a toxic Chinese drywall
home, or condominium can call the Chinese Drywall
Complaint Center at 866-714-6466, or they can contact
the group via their web site at

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is attempting to
provide dramatic assistance for all existing Florida
homeowners stuck in a toxic Chinese drywall home. Their
Chinese drywall inspection report is designed to
hopefully help Florida homeowners obtain a substantial
loan amount reduction from their bank, or loan servicing
company. In the instance of existing Florida homeowners
living with Chinese drywall, this report is designed to
carefully document the existence of toxic Chinese
drywall in a home, or condominium, and then they will go
directly to the homeowners bank, or loan servicing
company requesting a substantial loan modification based
on the remediation costs, and associated costs. This,
all in the hope the homeowner can receive a dramatic
loan modification, from their bank, or loan servicing
company. The group says, "We think our toxic Chinese
drywall inspection service will be of
great
help to Florida homeowners stuck in toxic Chinese
drywall hell, including homeowners, who are waiting for
the Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall settlement. At
this moment we think our inspection service is the best
hope for Florida homeowners, who are stuck with toxic
Chinese drywall to get any meaningful help, or
assistance from their bank, or loan servicing company."

The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is warning all home
buyers to not purchase any
Florida
home, or condominium without a thorough inspection for
toxic Chinese drywall. The group says, "While toxic
Chinese drywall may have been used in new homes in
Florida from 2000, until late 2008, we are very
concerned about home remodeling, and or more importantly
storm, or hurricane damaged homes in Florida.
Translation-everything is on the table, and every home,
or condominium needs to be inspected for toxic Chinese
drywall in Florida." They say, "For home buyers from out
of state, you need to ask your real estate agent if they
are aware of toxic Chinese drywall. In the event they
say-no never heard of toxic Chinese drywall-find a new
real estate agent. If a Florida home foreclosure has
toxic Chinese drywall, our simplified report is designed
to save the purchaser tens of thousands, or hundreds of
thousands of dollars. Our basic inspection comes with a
toxic Chinese drywall remediation cost built into our
valuation formula."

Alabama, Mississippi, or Louisiana who have Knauf
Tianjin Chinese drywall in their home, or condominium to

house. The group says, "we think the average homeowner
who has Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall in Florida,
or the US Gulf States will get more money, and a much
better job, if they participate in the MDL, as opposed
to a builder fix. However, if your home has non Knauf
Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall-and your builder has
offered to repair your home-it may be the only good
option." The group says, "within the last two, or three

"we have witnessed, and we have witnesses to homebuilder
Chinese drywall fixes in Florida. In more than one
example none of the repair workers were wearing masks,
none of them spoke English, and they were loading the
toxic Chinese drywall into the back of a pick-up truck,
or a U Haul trailer."

According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "The simplest
way to discover toxic Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall in a
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, or a southeast
Texas home, is to marry failed AC coils in homes built,
remodeled, or repaired between 2005-2007, with what is
in the attic." The group says, "If you have had repeated
AC coil failures, you, or your family is sick, carefully
check your attic to see what is written on the back of
the drywall & call us. We will help you in every step of
the inspection process, we will give as much of our time

Chinese Drywall Complaint Center Urges Florida & Gulf Homes with
Knauf Tianjin Chinese Drywall to get Identified;
Remediation Update
The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is the most quoted
source on Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall in the
world. The group is sounding alarm bells over their fear
only a fraction of Knauf Tianjin toxic Chinese drywall
has been discovered in subdivisions in Florida, Alabama,

will literally go door to door, to make certain all
homeowners with the Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall have

in the US Gulf States have been identified." The group
says, "We know there are subdivisions in Cape Coral,

What are the best symptoms for toxic Chinese drywall, and or
imported Knauf Tianjin Chinese drywall in 2005-2007
Florida, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and especially
the metro areas of Houston & Austin, or in homes
remodeled, or repaired after Hurricanes Katrina, Ivan,
Ike, or Rita? The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,
"We think repeated AC coil failures, electrical device
failures in the home, combined with severe allergy type
symptoms are the best indicators. But, our biggest
problem is getting the word out-especially in
subdivisions, or with individual homeowners, in a house

Important Note: The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center says,"On the
topic of Chinese drywall remediation, or Chinese drywall
remediation contractors in Florida, we have endorsed JJ
Staten Homes. We believe JJ Staten Homes remediation
protocol is the most sensible in Florida, for Chinese
drywall homes. JJ Staten Homes Chinese drywall
remediation protocol includes chemically treating the
interior of the home, and then chamber testing the wood,
and concrete block to make certain the hydrogen sulfide
is gone. Anyone not doing this would be insane. This
includes any homeowner involved in this Knauf Tianjin
mess, or a homeowner simply wishing to get their Chinese
drywall home repaired." They say, "We appreciate
everyone's desire to go cheap on a toxic Chinese drywall
repair. However, if its not done right the first time,
you will have to repeat the process over, and over
again. We say do it right the first time." For more
